Seth had woken up in a different room. He tried to remember what happened the day before. He sat up and stretched. That's right, he got bought. He got out of bed and changed into what he was told. He made his way out and down he hall. His eyes looked irritated and bored. He found the master bedroom and walked in. He walked to the bed and shook the covers. "Time to get up...master." he said softly as he waited for the lump in the sheets to stir.

Rowan stirred slowly at first and then eagerly flipped his covers off. "Well hello, Seth. Good to see you can get up nice and early, most of the servants aren't up quite this early." He yawned, flexing his near perfect body almost inticingly to Seth. He smiled his cocky grin and ruffled his own brown hair out of his clear blue eyes.

Seth said nothing. He just seemed irritated at the man. He hated being a slave. "I am used to it. My master before you liked to wake up early." He said softly. His green eyes snuck a look at his new master. He was very gorgeous and attractive. His blonde hair slightly covered his face. "What are we going to be doing today?" He asked with the same plain look. He was surprisingly corporative. But there were things he didn't like.

Rowan reached over, slowly, as not to startle the boy, and stroked the boy's jaw. "Well.. I was thinking that I could show you the library, if you'd like. I would love to get you aquainted to your new home. I was hoping you might like it here... I'm planning on keeping you here... if you would like that." He sighed. This boy was so... guarded. He wanted someone who trusted him. Although perhaps buying him wasn't the first way to form such a bond...
He didn't know why he hoped so badly that the boy would like it here, he just felt it would leap to something better... So maybe the boy wouldn't be so angry, so guarded, so seperate.

Seth looked at his new owner and smiled. "I would like that master." He said sweetly. Seth was very kind and obviously well mannered. His previous owner was a business man who had gotten tired of Seth and went for a non-mannered slave. He had liked the challenge. "I do enjoy books."

"Good boy," Rowan said, a little relieved at the boy's smile. Once he got up and was dressed, he led the boy down the hallway to a set of double doors. He took out a key and unlocked them, not hesitating to throw them wide, and smile at all of the wonderful pages of knowledge. "This is my favorite place, Seth..." He gazed sidelong at the boy. Then he took one key off of the ring that he had and then took a chain from his pocket. He fed the chain through the hey's hole and then held it to the boy. "You can come in here whenever you'd like... Especially if it's to find me," he added, hoping his hopefulness didn't show to much on his face.

Seth gazed at the massive amount of books. He could smell their history. "Its beautiful." He said with gleaming eyes. He took the key almost eagerly and chained it around his neck. He put Tue cold metal under his shirt. He would be spending alot of time in here as well. For a slave, Seth was really educated, which only meant he was either sold into slavery or just taken. "Thank you master." He said looking at the other.

Rowan leaned close to Seth and smiled, kissing his cheek. "I would love to see you here often, Seth..." Rowan said, putting an interesting stress on the word love. "I have many stories I would like to share with you. I don't like keeping them all to myself. His breath was warm against Seth's skin, and Rowan's lips grazed over Seth's jaw. "I'm very glad you like it..."

Seth felt the other kiss his cheek and thought nothing of it. Maybe he did that to all his slaves or servents. Its what they do in Italy and France. "I will be. If you can't find me I will most likely be here." He said joyfully. He felt Rowan's lips along his jawline and took a step back. "W-what are you doing?" He asked a bit hesitant. He was never treated like that with previous masters.

Rowan gazed at Seth steadily, reading him. Was he not enjoying himself? "I'm sorry, was that uncomfortable for you? I didn't mean to startle you," he said softly.

Seth looked at Rowan then back at the books. He did like to let his mind wander at times. "Its alright." He said softly. "I just haven't had a owner do that." He said trying to make his master feel better. "We should get some breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day." He said cheerful again.

Rowan tilted his head but reached over and stroked part of the boy's shoulder. "You didn't really answer my question..." he said softly. "If you would like me not to touch you, then I implore you to ask," he said softly, carefully.

Seth looked at the other, his cheery face gone. "Just not like that." He said softly as he looked at Rowan with his green eyes.

Sadness trespassed on Rowan's face, but he simply ushered the boy to the kitchen, sitting at the counter and sighing. He had hoped... But no. That was wrong. He couldn't feel such a way for a servant, of all people. It wasn't right, was it? "Seth, have you ever been abused?" he asked softly.

Seth smiled when they got to the kitchen. He rummaged through the fridge and started making a healthy looking omelet. He enjoyed cooking almost as much as he enjoyed books. The question hit him like a bullet. He almost dropped the whole carton of eggs. He looked at Rowan. "N-no." He said trying not to think about it. He went back to the omelet in the pan.

He came behind Seth and put a hand on his shoulder, gently, but sternly. He leaned the boy's leg into the stove to sort of pin him there, and bent to whisper in his ear. He was careful not to sound menacing, not to sound angry or dangerous. "Don't lie to me, Seth. Answer me honestly."

Rowan had startled Seth. Tears automatically came to his eyes as he remembered that horrible day. "Please don't make me." He said in a shaky voice. "Don't make me relive that day. I beg you." He turned his head slightly to see Rowans face.

Rowan sighed, kissed Seth's cheek, and said, "Seth, I'm not... I didn't ask you to relive it. I just... wanted to know if the answer was yes or no... So that I don't do something wrong," he explained, pulling away but gently running his hand over the boy's shoulder.

Seth looked at Rowan and just smiled. "Alright." He said softly tending to the omelet. He put the omelet on a plate and put some fresh berries and set it on the counter where Rowan would sit. He grabbed a glass and filled it with milk. "There." He said putting a fork on the plate.

Rowan frowned in thought as he ate his omelet. He shifted his hair in the way that made everyone swoon, and then decided to fix Seth with that adorable gaze that made even more people swoon. Maybe he could get to the boy, even if... even if he didn't feel that way yet.

Seth smiled at Rowan as he looked at him. He started to clean up his mess and when he was done he sat down next to Rowan and looked at him. Rowan was cute and looked at his plate. "How was everything?" He asked as he picked a Berry off his plate and ate it.

Rowan sighed, an almost pouty look on his face now. "It was really good, Seth," he said, wondering if that actually came out sounding seductive or if he was hearing things in his own voice.

Seth grabbed another Berry and put it to rowan's lips. "I'm glad." He said sweetly. He knew that Rowan was flirting with him. The least Seth could do was flirt back just a little.

Rowan eyed the boy almost curiously but then he did soemthing he wouldn't dare with anyone else. He not only took the berry, but licked the boy's fingers on the way, sucking on them too, then eyed him... As if saying, "I could do this to something else too....." It was all he could do not to wink.
