Gaara sat under the full moon and sighed. The sky was so pretty tonight. He then scowled. He had training tomorrow. It was one of his least favorite things to do in the world. He wondered why he had been forced to train so much lately. Gaara wondered if they had a contest or match or something coming up soon. Maybe they had a tough mission. Gaara didn't really see the point on working so hard to train when he could kill anyone without even making an effort.Training also made him very tired. He couldn't sleep so most of the time he tried to conserve energy not waste it on pointless training. Suddenly much to Gaara's suprize, Kankuro came and sat beside him. He kept his expression blank "Yes?" Kankuro looked at Gaara. "I found out why you've been training so much.." "And why is that?" "Because tomorrow you have a match with a girl that sensei says is possibly capable of doing you some harm." Gaara snickered. "Then sensei's been smoking crack." A very small smile touched Gaara's lips. He had never had a tough opponent in his life."O and Gaara." Kankuro said as he went back inside. "It's a girl."

someone had been watching Gaara, "..." they had a very curvy and feminine figure, and very bright amber color their eyes seemed brighter than ever, the female sat down, "....He...seems interesting...."

Gaara felt anger rise in him and he grabbed Kankuro before he could return inside. "A girl?" Gaara's sand made a hissing noise as it seeped from him making him look much more terrifying. "A girl?! I don't believe i heard you correctly!" He had Kankuro around the through trying to look angry and fierce and strong, but fear was clear in the little ginger's eyes. His sensei was normally correct with most of his predictions and the thought of pain kind of frighted him. "G-Gaara..please..i just wanted to tell you." Gaara put Kankuro down now remembering he still had his sibling in a death hold. "I will not lose" Gaara growled and feeling quite paranoid went back indoors. He would never admit it to any of them, but for once he was afraid.What if she killed him? What if he became crippled like that boy Lee? He suddenly regretted never giving mercy. His eyes were wide and a nervous sweat rolled down his pale face. He hugged his knees close to him and sat on the bed he had never used. He went in search of his sister and found her talking to Kankuro. He was telling her about what had happened on the roof. How Gaara had come so close to killing him. Gaara looked to Temari. She was scowling at Kankuro. "You brought it on yourself. Give him some space sometime!" she rolled her eyes at Kankuro. He frowned. "Why is he your favorite? He's cold and emotionless. At least I care about you!" He had dark purple bruises forming halfway around his neck in the shape of Gaara's hands. Temari frowned at Kankuro "He's not my favorite I love you both! He just needs it more than you." Gaara stepped into the room and Kankuro paled. "Temari?" Gaara looked at her for a moment. "Can I talk to you?" he motioned for her to follow him and she did. He sat on his bed and she sat beside him. He looked up at her and frowned. "Temari...I'm scared.." she stared at him with disbelief. "Of what Gaara?" She was suprized that he would talk to her about this. "Kankuro says tomorrow i'm to fight someone that might be....better than me. What if I die?" Temari was shocked. "Your not going to die.." She felt really mad at Kankuro for even putting that thought in Gaara's head and ran out, slapping him. Gaara merely sat on his bed and hoped he would live.

SHe stood up, and jumped to where Gaara was sheltered. she stood at the door, her appearance in plain sight; Black and White striped tattooed covering her entire body, bloody red triangles coming down and above her eyes, bright red hair, and instead of clothes, she wore white drapes covering only her chest and bottom, she was barefoot, and she carried a sword in a bronze shreath, the shreath was lached on a belt above the bottom drape. In her arms was a raccoon doll with a spiked collor

"..Really...?" She slightly hugged the little doll, "...If you want to fight..." she still had a smile on he face, her orange eyes looking shyly at the ground

He gulped. "Do you have a death wish child?" He bluffed. His self confidence was low at the moment and he didn't really know if he could kill her. He took a small step back so he was hidden by darkness again. "What do you want." He tried to make his voice sound more like a man's than a teenage boy.

Gaara backed away slowly as she came near. "I merely would wish to know what it is that you want.." He tried not to show fear but kept steeping back.

She looked him over. He was drenched in sweat and looked like he'd seen a ghost. she was worried. Anything that could scare Gaara that much had to be bad. "There's a demon on the roof." he whimpered. He could tell when someone had a demon. His own would act very strangely.

She slowly blinked open her eyes, their murderous intent was very much gone now, "..." she looked around, "Huh..?! Where am I..?!" her voice was full of fear

Gaara looked at the girl. "So you have a demon? It's quite powerful.." He knew his was more so, but he kind of hoped they didn't even know he had one. Knowing his luck they would. "He looked at Natsuki "I like your necklace." He blushed slightly. She was cute. Tamari stepped forward. "So Gaara was right. She does have a demon." She looked at the girl with hate and Gaara glared. "I'm like that too ya' know!" He snapped. If she hated this girl then she must hate him too. Kankuro came over to Gaara seeing his hurt but Gaara just pushed him off. He stepped over to the edge of the roof and sat. He fely like his old self again. Confident, hated, and blood thirsty.
