Does anybody else get that? When you get a spoiler for a book-movie-show-whatever, but still.. when the twist happens, even though you saw it coming, you can't help but rage alongside the characters?

Or even just rage and pretend it was a complete shock.

Happened to me watching old episodes of NCIS tonight, watching Glee a few weeks back, in Bones a while back, and in so many books that it isn't funny. But it happens in real life too. Relationships-injuries.. anything really.

How often does it happen to you? When did it happen?

It happens to me a lot with Naruto. Perhaps because it's a shounen manga with a very predictable and basic storyline, but still, I can't help but get so angry whenever someone like Madara Uchiha (one of the main antagonists, if you don't know) owns somebody even though you know he will because he's ridiculously overpowered....

Yeah! I was so irritated when Hinata died, even though I knew it was coming...

This comes to me mostly on online forums, when people don't stop and think "Hey, this is a spoiler." Oops!

My problem is that the spoiler tags taunt me... I don't want to read what's inside... but I can't help myself!

Depending on the manga/anime, like Naruto, I always expect a majority of the characters who die to come back due to some deus ex machina propaganda.

Spoiler for Naruto: Like seriously? Did anyone really expect Kakashi to stay dead? :sarcasm: Hell to the no, because the fan girls would hunter the creator(s) down and kill them. It pisses me off when they pull stuff like this. Seriously, if you're going to kill characters, keep them dead! Don't pull DBZ stuff!

Spoiler for BleachI'm not surprised that Ichigo got his powers back. And to constantly get upgrades. Also, I'm halfway expecting Aizen to come back from being locked up due to some elaborate plan the creators came up with in order to thicken the plot.

...Meh. I'm hardly surprised. I get more... pissed than anything. Because you KNOOOOW that the creators of long term manga/anime get lazy at times when it comes to stuff like this. e___e
