I like how some of the weapons, and gear look on menewsha But What I do not like is how I can't mount it on my back such as say I had a katana why do i Have to hold it? why Can't I have a sword sheathe on my back or sides

to me if you would add that option on our gear it would give us more outfit possibilities. Just throwing that out there.

We do do that when it's realistic. Which means a number of things: whether enough of the item would be visible, whether there's enough items in the set already, whether there's time to add further poses to the set. As multi equip weapons are 99.9% of the time always contribution items all these things need to be taken into consideration :)

She meant if it works with the avatar base. If it doesn't show up then there's no point in make a pose that you can't see. Sometimes things just look weird in pixeled in a certain pose too.

The Peacock Scythe can be equip on the back. I thought there was another scythe too that could be equip on the back but I can't think of the name of it at the moment.

yeah some of them can but I have failed to see any swords that can be put on your back or in a sheathe to the side like a katana that would be cool. or maybe a gun holster

The Jade Ronin has a pose where there's a sheath on the right side of the avatar. (or left, depending on which way the avatar's facing...)
