What happens during the holidays on menewsha?
I read some talk about a christmas event that the site has. What exactly is it? Do people get lots of cool items? It's not like gaia where they give you really cheap things is it? Thanks in advance for answering :)

Gaia does not give cheap items. The market economy decides what the price is. Just like in any economy. People will pay a certain price for an item and this price varies from person to person. Some people are willing to throw a few million whereas others will not throw even 100k for the item. People decide how cheap or expensive the items are.

Yes, there is the Winter Nights event held each year here in Menewsha.

Keep a look out in the forums these few days. There may be a little 'announcement'. ;)

I came in here with something useful to say, then got entirely distracted by the Nutella in Iro's sig :illgetu:

So I'll just go away again then. Totally forgotten what I was going to say -.-

When fireprincess mentioned human kebabs, all I could think of was eyeballs on a skewer. -blegh-

^ Basically he took the prisoners from the wars he was in, grabbed some very long pointy poles, and shoved it up their asses. In which the tip comes out of their mouth. So you get a string of maybe two to three or more people all strung up together via pointy stick. The sticks of human kebabs are then left on the battlefield to scare their enemies. A lot of the people are still alive after being strung up, and die a slow, painful death.

...At least, that was the version I read. :ninja:

What a nice chap he was! Must have been a bit of a task to stick that body-laden pole into the ground...

@Jelly: I imagine he would have his soldiers do all the dirty work.

@Iku: Well, if you only have two humans on the kebab while the rest are stuff like tomatoes, green peppers, onions and the like...:ninja:

But just eyeballs would be ok, right? If we covered them in chocolate and decorated them, you wouldn't be able to tell between the eyeballs and the cakepops in your signature!
