~~hot topics~~
One Life to Live and the Two Todds!
it all, or most of it came to fruition today!
their, the TWINS Todd and Victor aka the two Todd's, see their 'dead' mother!
who tells them what all she's done to them.
i love the storyline, it's my favorite going on right now.
i can't wait to see what the writers pull out their hats!
i had the twin thing right but i also thought a clone would be involved.

The only one I really watch is Switched at Birth. I watch it for the sign language. ^-^ My mom and I both have hearing disabilities and while we aren't fluent in sign language (neither of us will ever go 100% deaf), it's still interesting to see a different culture. People with hearing disabilities will almost always have some level of difficulty fitting in with the "hearing world" but we don't quite fit in with the deaf either.
Just stuff to think about I guess. :) But yay Switched at Birth! :D

that's really intresting Algas Soleado.
i've never seen that show, what channel is it on?
i know a few signs:
thank you, mama(from 'helen keller'), i love you.
i think i know a few more but cannot remember at the moment.
so if you get a chance fill us in on the story line of your favorite show.

Actually, I'm a musician. :) I can hear well out of my right ear and barely any out of my left. Also, pardon me for being dramatic. I'm sure you know it happens when we watch soaps. It's not that I don't fit in with people who hear well, it's that there are times when I feel left out. When I ask some people to repeat themselves several times and they don't really know me, they usually just give up. I usually feel left out when I miss a joke or instructions in class. However, I recently got a hearing aid and while it's frustrating sometimes, it helps more than it hurts.

oh i see. i'm glad you can hear well enough for your music.
you must get tired of people and how they act sometimes.
my dad is almost deaf from working with aircraft his whole life.
he can drive me crazy, but not because he's asking me to repeat myself
or what some one else has said for the millionith time ;p
but because he blares the telivision so loudly windows shake!
he finally broke down and got hearing aids and he hates them as well.

Bah, I don't hate them. I just got it last week. All I need is some time to adjust.

oh, that's good.
i'm glad you're adjusting to them.
he usually turns them off.
lol and still says 'what did you say' an awful lot.
have you learned some new signs watching 'switched at birth'?

Kind of. I mean, like any language, I learn more when I use it. And anyway, I'm focusing on Spanish right now.

Walt Willie, Jackson on All my Children, said today that the show was not leaving!
he said the fans were amazing begging for it to stay. woohoo for all All my Children fans.
so i wonder if it will still be on ABC or if it goes to a different channel or even the internet?
anyone know or heard anything about this piece of news? please let us (well me right now) know.

hummy: - I never thought of Glee as a soap but I am a major Gleek! xD I even got my husband hooked on it. We just pre-ordered the second season (luckily we had some reward points so it won't cost us anything)because we don't watch much tv or have cable so we don't know anything about season 2 yet. No spoilers please! xD Do you have a favorite character on Glee? So far, I think Kurt is my favorite, I just loved when he sang, "A house is not a home". That was so touching! As far as special guest stars that would have to be, hands down, April Rhodes a.k.a. Kristin Chenoweth. She is an amazing singer, that voice is so sultry! I loved her in "Pushing Up Daisies"!

crunky: ~~ it is concidered a soap opera by the network.
and basically any on going show with a theme is welcome here.
if you could get up up-to-date on glee that would be great.
i watch it occasionally and really enjoy it very much.
especially when Gwenneth Paltrow is on singing.
she has a great voice and i hope to see her on more episodes.

crunky ~~ oh yeah you will be able to contribute because i missed most of the first year.

feel free to say as much or as little about the show.
have you watched any of the 'try outs' for the new characters?

hummy; - oh well that's good then. xD I don't remember how long into the season it was, I think it was mid-way, but did you see any episodes with the AcaFellas?
I haven't seen any of the try-outs, are they online or were they on cable? We don't have cable and we don't get the right channel to watch the show normally. I don't know if it's not available with the converter box or if we just don't get the reception we need to get that channel. =/

crunky ~~ are they the black jacket red trim guys?
i saw them in like an Abercrombie and finch store singing to a guy one of them liked.

i caught three of the contestants talking on 'access hollywood' episode.
they are trying to fill in the characters 'graduating'.
i don't know where it shows on cable or regular telivision.
i cut that off last year and have just antenna telivision now.

hummy - nope, those are actually "The Warblers" but they are from the second season. I haven't actually seen the episode but I saw the song on youtube and it was amazing. That was a better rendition then Sisqo himself, imo. xD The Acafellas are made up of Mr. Schuester and a couple of the other teachers and then later, Puck and Finn. They are really good! You should youtube it and see them perform.
I gave up Cable television February 2010 and have never looked back. xD We still get 5 or 10 channels with the converter box so it's more than enough and we hardly watch tv anymore anyways. We just wait till something comes out on dvd and usually we can rent it from the library for free! ^_^

crunky ~~ that's when i gave it up too!
i didn't know i wouldn't be able to watch the olympics thought or i would have waited.

one thing about the converter box,
if you use the best cable (i forget what R-factor it is) you seem to get more and clearer channels.
i would love to have cable again but only because i love to watch Phych'' and 'Burn notice' and 'the closer'
i seem to be getting most of the older shows of 'burn notice' and 'the closer' and 'phych' is coming this fall.
so for me i don't mind watching the older shows as long as they let me catch up.

oh, yeah that's right 'the warblers'.
as soon as i can figure out how to put youtubes up i will.

the two Todd's storyline is still my favorite.
i cannot wait to see what Todd, the original one, does today!
anyone watch 'One Life to Live'?

General Hospital and Jason's brain issues.
who thinks he'll be like the old loyal loveable Jason?
i'm thinking he will be like his old self and still love Sam.
