Hello, I am A Dreamers Wonderland and Welcome!
This is the first search thread I have ever created so please bare with me and expect the unexpected.
When it comes to creating roleplays I can be quite the oddball since I don't personally like pairings and I don't want to start a roleplay based on just romance.
I am perfectly fine with our characters being just friends or mortal enemies and never reaching the status of lovers.
All I want is to create a world that we can explore and have creative freedom over.
Most of all I want a story, an adventure, something we created on our own.
A warning, I can and will be blunt and I will tell you if I don’t like something.
(It will never be against you I would just rather have a roleplay we both love.)

What I Won’t Do:
Fandoms, I want original ideas but we can have roleplays based off of preexisting worlds, settings or concepts.
Yaoi or Yuri (That doesn’t mean I won’t do a gay or lesbian relationship. I just don’t like Yaoi or Yuri, they don’t sit well with me, at least the terminology.)
Huge Age Gaps (I am okay up to 6 years, anymore I start to get uncomfortable. I am okay with a child and an adult if it isn't a romantic relationship. A relationship like Joel and Ellie's from the game The Last Of Us I would love.)
Having to Pick if My Character is Dominate or Submissive


Craving:
After seeing the movie The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones I would love creating a roleplay based off of that. I love the idea of an unseen world where all the creatures that go bump in the night lurk. I personally don’t want some extraordinary character like Clary. Would like just two shadow hunters fighting off demons or a shadow hunter and a werewolf/vampire. It is up in the air.

Right now I am obsessed with creating roleplays off of pictures so if you have a picture you like show me and we can definitely come up with something or we can use the pictures in this post!

A plot I seem to be stuck on constantly is the concept where a kingdom is attacked but the King and Queen send off their rightful heir so one day they can return and reclaim the throne. I don’t know why I like that plot but I feel there are so many possibilities.

Another plot I like is kind of based of television series Once Upon A Time where Prince Charming’s twin is killed and he has to pretend to be the twin who is the heir to the throne while Charming is a farm boy. We could even make it where the twin isn’t killed and merely, disappears.

Overall, I love fantasy and that doesn’t mean medieval fantasy with just royalty. I like aliens, supernatural, and a circus of freaks. I would enjoy playing a mermaid where she only changes when she is in contact with water.

Oh and im temtped to roleplay with you. I don't feel like stating everything or digging it all up but...

1-2 paragraphs minimum (usually brain dead, over worked, can't think of anything, or distracted with my lil girl)
7-14 paragraphs maximum (usually depends on my random inspiration in original stories)
female, but, can't play any gender, orientation, yada yada yada
One X One
I have no current cravings unless it's a zombie thing or experiment (my OC is in progress and experiment)
Your current plot caught my interest and so im watching this movie now.
I create plot twists when we need them, i love to roleplay and my grammar is better in story than in chat or explaining something out of the story. I can play more than one person.

I do not like to play alot of people and my partner (whoever at the time) plays one or two...that sort of bothers me. I like to share roles or people to a decent amount. You may look up my roleplays, however, I have not done an original in about five years that I loved so much and my style really does change.

When it comes to post length, just give me what you can as long as it isn't a single line.
One liners will potential get me to drop the roleplay for a lack of interest and frustration.

For the multiple people I was thinking along the lines of more extras rather than mains.
Would be kind of dull if we didn't have demons running around or other people in the world.
Than we could add an remove as we saw fit but still have our main ones.

Gender and orientation I tend not to deal with or have set in stone because I don't want to force a relationship between two characters if it won't work out.
I am completely happy with them being the best friends and fighting demons.
Maybe we can add an extra character that stirs things up in their friendship, things like that.
The more possibilities of how to alter the progression of a role-play is what I like.

Love to hear back from you if you have seen the movie.
If not we can just wing it and see what happens.

Yea...I don't like alot of mains, too much to handle all at once. I am loving the way you think.
I have tried to see the movie, let me check and see if my library has it. *checks right now*
Nope none in my library. Though I watched the trailer and now I really want to see it. We could wing it until I see the movie in a couple of days. Unless you had something else in mind.

If I have too many mains there is a high chance one of them will end up dead to add a plot twist.
But yeah, I am not going to force you to be a male or a female, or anything specific.
Play whatever you want and we can see how things go from there.

Even after watching the movie I don't really know much about it or what is happening.
Why I am being told to read the books.

The gist of it is that there are these shadow hunters that kill demons.
They also put ruins on their skin for certain things.
Kind of like casting a spell but instead they put it on their skin if that makes any sense.

I have recently changed my name from Ranebow to Ranie. Sorry if there was confusion.
I figured she learned there was a darker side to life and is a shadow hunter to keep the balance. (like the trailer said)
So I'm going to just assume she finds love along the way. I think I gripped the basics.

So is this going to be a total OC thing or will the canons be involved? If canons, I will have to brush up on some information since I don't know very much.

Alright works for me, I am still sick, but, it might take me awhile to get better. So let's get this moving along shall we?

Sorry for the delay.
I ended up busy with exams and speeches for the past week.
Made it a quarter through the first semester so that meant a bunch of tests.

I only do original characters and I tend to do a completely different storyline.
The concepts will be the same with how you have shadow hunters going after demons.

I kind of want to build a world and I'm for sure in the mood of having our characters being best friends or something like that. Or sisters would be cool to. I thinking adding characters along the way is a great idea! I like the story to start small and build it's way into something great! I'm a pictures person also and I'm obsessed with the ones in your post. I was drooling as I was looking at them lol. I like leaving things open to change to.
I think mainly fantasy with a little futuristic weaved into it. What do you think? I can't wait to get this going! I do have to warn you though. I'm a flight attendant so someday's I might only be able to reply once or twice or not at all. But I will promise to post at LEAST once a week. But definitely more than that is my goal. I haven't written in soooo long. I'm craving a good story lol
