Which contests to do when for highest prize efficiency:

Holiday Fare: A Cooking, Baking & Making Contest: uploading pictures
Daria and Linny's Cornucopia of Holiday Cheer!: I shall post a meme for every day of the event
The Great Island Hunt: TRY FOR 4 points everyday! (my team is short people AGAIN)
The Winter Nights Wardrobe (an avatar contest): Saving this for when some of the event items are out
Home for the Holidays with Howdy don't forget to post daily!

If I'm helping in a thread I make other lists as well:

Prize lists
Who won
What games were played

Then during the rest of an event I post 10X more than I normally would to see personal goals completed. It might be strange but it works for me. Or else I'll forget thing or get overwhelmed with choices. XD

Now I must make some shortbread for people at work AND a crafty ordainment. :D oh and shower.

Does this list include the EIs Neph?

Nice lists. I have much respect for lists.

I've never organized my event activity like this before, but I like the idea. I usually start by checking out all the stickies, and then start diving into the threads pretty much at random.

Me either... I wish I was more organised in my life...

POST LIKE A DROID UNTIL THE SECOND TO LAST DAY. And then buy the EIs in chronological order. Oldest to newest. And then buy commons by color. Most expensive to least expensive, most wanted color to least wanted color. I'm very specific about the order of my inventory. Don't forget mulie!

Nice system... I end up buying them as soon as they come out so I don't forget and then the last day last event I bought 2 more sets, which I still have. haha.

I also buy the EIs as they come out, since I'm usually too impatient to play with them. Then at the end I buy one or two more sets if I can.

I make a list of everything i want... estimate stamps needed for everything and get to work in earning them hehehe
though this event my focus is on my siggy thread otherwise i would be playing word games or AAY games in the avatar forum...
