I have been a part of Menewsha since 2009. However, I usually take (long) time offs because i'm either busy in school or with life LOL. I enjoy being a part of the Menewsha community not only because the people here are very friendly but also because the items here are amazing! I love seeing them on from different avatars and I would definitely love it even more if I have them myself.

• For the pricing, I will either look at the average sale provided by the marketplace or averaging the highest sale and average sale.

Yeah I do and by looking at how many have's I have, I can tell in which years I was active haha.

I've heard that people will sock away money in a trade to their mule. If you have a mule, perhaps transferring a bit here and bit there, you can work towards a big ticket item while you are chunking away at the lower priced items.

You've been by my Exchange thread a time or two. Let me know if you need help with an item, or one of the items you desperately want shows up in the marketplace and you don't have the funds to purchase it right then. I do extend credit to some people at times, by purchasing the item for them and then holding it in a trade while they get the necessary funds together to purchase it from me. And no, I don't charge an interest rate, that's not what Menewsha is about.

Not sure if I put that disclaimer in my exchange thread or not, but I suppose now would be a good time to do that.

Work was suppose to be super busy today, however, it looks like a bunch of the files will push to Tuesday for closing. Yikes. I'll be drowning in work next week...some things just can't be helped, I guess.

Any fun plans for this weekend?

Hmm what kind of work do you do?

I'll probably be playing tennis. But I'm not really good at it so I usually go to the park around noon because it's most likely going to be empty. Around late afternoon is the time when the professionals usually play and that's when I leave xD. Then maybe head over to the beach which is across the park . What about you?

Currently working in Escrow for a local title company. It's a great company to work, small enough that the owners visit at least once a month and say hi, but big enough that it feels stable.

Not entirely sure what we are doing this weekend. Which is very odd for me since I like to plan stuff for Holiday weekends.

We might head over to my friend's house tomorrow in the afternoon for some time in the swimming pool with her family. Want to get the kid's rooms finished painted. Been a terrible slacker about that.
Or, my friend Rosemary and her friend Holly might be coming to our apartment to lay out by the pool. Which means I need to go home and clean the apartment before they come over tomorrow. Been a bad housekeeper the past few weeks and things definitely need a dusting and clothes be put away. Deep clean the tub and shower. Hate our tub and shower. The apartment complex resurfaced it awhile back, it totally didn't take and has been peeling in small degrees ever since. Looks horrific.

That's great! Feeling the summer eh? I prefer pools than beaches but there's not much around here. There are public pools in the park but it's too public to be in it.

Ahh same here, at times taking a shower can get very uncomfortable. If only we can upgrade our bathroom but there's no way of telling when we might have to move so that plan is on hold.

Yay! Bought one item from the marketplace for this quest :)

Summer is about to hit us full on in the face and it kind of sucks. We have an excessive heat advisory starting today, tomorrow is suppose to be 112, Saturday 117 and Sunday 113. Monday will be a bit cooler, but somewhere around 110 and then we start dropping into the low 100s, which is on par for the summers here in Arizona.

Trick here is to take as warm of a shower as you can stand and then when you get out, the air around you feels cooler and refreshing or something. There is a pool here in our complex, which is awesome. Our friends also have a play pool, we hang there on the weekends with them and their two kiddos.

Truth be told, just a bit surprised that the summer heat has held off until the beginning of June. Usually May builds to the godawful heat, but it was relatively mild.

Where are you possibly moving too?

Oh wow! That's even hotter in Hawaii and here I am thinking that our state is the hottest @_@.

I agree! There are times before stepping out of the shower I blast the cold shower for at least 1 to 2 minutes then I feel refreshed for several hours at home.

Hmm, possibly to my home country, Philippines.
