It went well! I was so stuffed by the end of it and couldn't finish everything so we had them packed to go. I also got a plant and some macarons (sp?) for my birthday present Which reminds me I need to go and eat them...

I don't mind clothes but I don't mind being naked in private either, so long as the weather is right.

Probably for the best. As a family our goal is to embarrass everyone so we always tell the waiter it's one of our birthdays. (When we truthfully are celebrating one) I don't think anyone LIKES being sang to, but I'll put up with it for 2 minutes if it involves a little dessert with a candle.

I don't think little desserts with candles are a thing here...never heard of restaurants doing that for customers unless it's a really high-end restaurant I think.
