Hi everyone! I'm new to this site. My username is Terra517 and I found this place while seraching around in google for fun. ^_^

So far this place looks really nice so I'm maybe going to stay. I read about this site from someones online reveiw (which is how I found this site).

My favorite color is green/purple. I love butterflys (not to touch) and cats. I like to read a little bit of mangas. Theres few but the ones I choose I collect the whole series. Some so far are "From Far Away", "Tail of the Moon", "Wish", and...theres more but i"m drawing a blank right now. hehe.

I'm an artist and videogamer girl. I have an Playstation, x-box, and a wii. I want a x-box 360 but I hear it still breaks and crashes easily although there is a new way to keep it cool. Otherwise I also like RPG's like "Star Ocean 2", "The Legend of Dragoon," "Final Fantasy series", "Legend of Mana", "Legend of Legaia". For x-box games like "DOA3", "Mortal Kombat", "Kingdom Underfire", "Soul Calibur" and much much more.

It's really fun who's your favorite? I actually started Mortal Kombat on Playstation and collected almost all for the x-box so far.

You also said your an artist? What's your style? Anime...realistic? Or maybe slightly in between?

More towards anime.
I played it long time ago, it was was on my sega and I was like 7 or so. So I can't really remember. But the character was a girl. (It could've been the 2nd version or first, can't remember.)

Mainly Portraits and sometimes characters with scenes.
I enjoy making up my characters as well. I do fanart but thats rare. ^_^

Lol!! Wow! Neither have I! I started when I was very young mainly trying to draw sailor moon. It used to be my favorite show and thats how I started on anime style drawings.

Mine started out as me drawing on boxes after stealing, hiding, and never returning mother's sharpie. The only thing I didn't draw on was the walls and such, just on boxes an paper, n such.

Can I see some of your work?

Sure! I'm going to have to scan though. Um..I'll post it here when I can but my scanner has been giving me trouble. But I'll get it to work. ^_^

Oh, it's fine. I finished my uploads a while back, the only problem all my good ones show up to light so I had to put newer ones up. Aw well, but actualy you can post them from your "My Pictures" folder into an album on your profile, that way you don't have to exactly post them. And they can stay there for as long as possible.

Oh I see! Thats a good idea actually so I might do that. I'll be a while. Looks like its not working *again* on me. Its been giving me problems lately but I think I've almost fixed it! ^^
On the whole though, I'm planning on buying a new one and just a plain scanner. Not a 3 in one HP printer/copied/scanner. >_<' HP stinks in my opition. The first time I got it...after a month such a supposively good printer started to give me trouble.

I LOVE Xbox's version of Soul Calibur II. SPAWN IS IN IT! *spaz* Spawn is my all-time favorite anti-hero. I don't know if you are interested in comic books, but as an artist you might like it because the artwork is great. (the older comics are more comic-book like, but the new ones are digital painted. They both look great, but I prefer the older ones) Even though spawn is amazing, I'll still play as Talim most of the time. :P

As an artist I really love manga's specifically b/c its fun to read and look through those images. ^_^ I perfer the newer ones. Well then again I never read the older ones unless your relating to western style comics by "older"? But manga stories are awesome!

Mhm! Oh, I know what animes I enjoy most, it would be Miyazaki's movie. Spirited Away, Castle in the Sky, Kiki's Delivery Service, and Howl's Moving Castle are my favorites. If you like drawing, you'd like the art subforum. ^^ Do you like RolePlaying, Terra?

I tried it before and its fun! It's hard to get started. But once I get through making a profile i find it fun and addicting. ^_^
Spirited away was really good in my opinion. I actually saw it in school b/c it was the last day and the teacher wanted to play an cartoon which was surprising. I never saw it before but I'm glad she wanted to put that in.
The others sound very familar. I know I've seen kiki delivery service. ^__^

SWEET! Miyazaki's movies are awesome, I just finished watching Kiki's delivery service. I own about 3 and saw two others. The one I didn't tell was um, I think it was like no.......there were at least three others. One I didn't finish, Porco Rosso.

Yeah, at the beginning you gotta plan a bit then figure out a couple things. Does it have a plot n such. lol
