About

The world of God Isn't Necessary is similar to a Science Fiction world. They have more advanced technology, medicine, and what not - however, there aren't any hovering cars, or flying billboards. You still can't fly, and jetpacks are still in the works. The beings that inhabit the planet are both human and Kemonomimi.

A Kemonomimi is a human with some animal traits (such as ears, tails, horns, wings, claws and fangs. Think Neko-girl).

The Company that performs the experiments to change people, is Hydrusk Industries, and they monopolize the world's economy, even if most people don't know it. They pay off the government, amongst various other people, to keep it a secret of the experimentation.

Experiments are almost 80% kemonomimi, and if they aren't, they end up one with gene mutating and what not. Experiments are used to find medicines, used to test things, and sometimes even used to try to find such things as a "Perfect" weapon. Many experiments fail, and they are either disposed of, sentenced to living on one of the company's campuses, or are set free.

Freed experiments tend to end up in asylums or killed. Some however, do go on to live successful lives.

Lab Guidelines

One - All experiments are to be treated as humanely as possible; They are still people, even if they are genetically altered or were created.

Two - All Scientists found to be conducting unauthorized or inhumane experimentation will be dealt with harshly; The punishment may be death depending upon the severity of the conduct

Three - All Experiments are to be in their designated dorm-area (men in men's area, women in women's area) by ten pm at night. You are not to leave your area until a scientist gets you or you are let out at 6 am.

Four - Any Experiments who try to do harm to the scientists, doctors, or any other staff member will be dealt with based on severity. There is no death penalty, but torture is allowed.

Five - All Experiments should respect the staff.

Role-plays Rules

Level - Semi-literacy; You should be able to post a minimum of a paragraph per post, and a minimum of three paragraphs for an introduction. A paragraph is four complete sentences.

Basics - Follow the most basic guidelines of role-playing. That includes not controlling someone else's character, nod god-moding, etc.

How Many - You can have up to four characters. Staff - two; Experiments - two.

Romance - Is allowed, though it's not taken kindly to. MxM, MxF, and FxF are allowed.

Limit Menewsha's PG-13 limit of course. C=

Age The lab will take anyone 7 and over.

OOC: Oh and sorry for the second long post, it'll be a bit shorter from this point since the whole interview thing is over. *Laughs* Kerin will probably find her way there sometime soon and I'll be putting up her bio thingy soon. Hahaha, I know it's optional but it keeps things all organized in my head. And also, I don't know about the whole stem cell hyper regeneration thing as far as if it fits in with the whole futuristic advance in medicine. I've done a bit of research into stem cells a few years back and eh...not sure if it's that realistic or not.

Oh I just realized something-Kerin's going to run in there like an idiot and try and save Yui >< what kind of security should she expect, if any? I highly doubt that a facility like it shouldn't have at least a couple of guards.

She'll confront all sorts of security from experiments who were designed as guards to Zio himself it it becomes necessary. I'm thinking probably mostly failed experiments, scientists, and regular, employed guards.

What with family and cleaning and crap.

To explain why Seth does not sleep in the dorms:
His powers are extremely dangerous and volitile and are still in the first stages of development, so that was one reason to keep him Isolated from others. The biggest reason though is because Alexander actually MADE Seth. Using an extremely experimental and new process of combined stem cell and cloning research he made a eunich fetus whose genetic code is predisposed to adaptation. Seth is one of the very few who have survived into adolescent years, explaining why this process isn't widely used throughout the facility.
Seth's room and facilities are all paid for out of Alexander's pocket, so noone within the company can complain.

TT^TT Am I expected to just carry on and have like a three page long post? I cant be the only one posting. what happened!?

Oh and BTW Zio. I usually just find pictures on photobucket for my profiles, like I did here, but for characters I really like I draw them. I could do a commission for Zio if you like. You could just give me specifications of exactly how you want him to look, and what position you want him in, that would help. PM me if you like the idea.
