Hi, this is my first time posting my art online! Um, it's not finished....and I did this on photoshop, but it's basically the first time I used photoshop...so can you give me some advice for improvement? It would be really helpful and awesome if you did! :)
*****But the image below it is new. I did it with markers... and I was trying to do it at a birds eye view...so that's why her legs look like sticks... Advice for improvement would be awesome. :D

I can't say I've used much in the way of photoshop, but the anatomy is a bit off, so I would suggest looking in a mirror to check out the correct anatomy. Other than that, I think it looks nice. :D

well you have a very unique style, and I would have to say, look up anatomy just a tad, and work on making the clothes look like they fit naturally on the body. since the head is so small, the clothes should either be tight fitting, or hanging loosley, but not just hanging on there. I absolutely love the style though. Work to build that style, and work on lineart.
It really is good for your first time in Photoshop. I made total crap when I first used PS. good job nad good luck!

Very eerie and spooky looking. Looks like one of those old porcelain dolls with the big eyes that have come to life. o___o;;;
Anyway, I use Photoshop for colouring as well. It's not my method of colouring or lineart, but it is experimental. The only improvement I'd say is try to blend your colours more. Blur and smudge tools as well as a gaussian blur look wonderful when used correctly.
Best of luck on your further work!

No problem at all! Glad I could give it. ^__^ I look forward to seeing more of your art in the future. When you get a really good handle on Photoshop, your art will be astounding, I'm sure. ;D

I don't know... I really, really like it.
It's propably bad advice, but for the sake of a really cool style I'd say you don't have to change anything at all.
It might not be the most popular style around, but it certainly catches my eye. And... well, to me that's more important than accurate anatomy. xP

I agree with Stereo.
If you're looking for your own artistic style, then this is perfect the way it is.
A background is all that you're lacking from this piece. I love the expression too! There could be so much meaning behind it :3
But if you want some more advice towards a cleaner and more proportional style use an extra layer for the sketch so you can make a more structured lineart to define the lines because from the neck down it seems to just mesh together. Also, the folds on the shirt look like they were randomly placed instead of gravity and pull putting them where they should rightly fold.
Anywho, I'll just stop right there lol
If you want anymore help I'll gladly give you my time :3

You have a very unique style =]
Its nice ^w^
Advice = perhaps work on your blending skills and cleaning up your brush strokes (some of the colors go outside the lines)
and, as previously mentioned, working on your anatomy might help ^^
overall, I think its good. Nice job =]

Very good expression, but the body seems a little strange. You have an interesting coloring style and a great look going! Best of luck with future pics!

Oooo, I really like the new one!
I like the sketchy look and the style. It looks like it was done quickly but with intention and good skill/knowledge :D
What kind of markers did you use?
