Just keep practicing. The more you practice the better you'll get. And don't always just do the same pose.

They look quite good but you still need some pratice. As for the similarity, they come from the fact that they seems to all have the same expression and all they face turned toward you. Try changing by making some profile or 3/4. Bend their body more. And study some anatom too ^^ Looking at your own in a mirror is great too. I use it to draw a lot.
Do you draw the clothes directly or do the outline of the body first ? Because some clothes don't seems to respect the body underneath.

I'm practicing the best I can, so screw the poses for now. :3 I'll work on those later. They are turned towards me cuz that's what I'm practicing at the moment.
As for the clothes, I draw underneath first. ><

May I suggest you look up tutorials on anatomy. The character design is wonderful and the outfits are original, but it seems like you really need to work on your anatomy. The arms seem to be the biggest problem area. What I do is use my own body as a refrence when I am having trouble with how a pose is supposed to look or if I can't seem to get the hands right (just examples of my problem areas). It is amazing how much tutorials actually help. Drawing still life also does amazing wonders. Still life is a pain in the rump, but it teaches you more then you would know, especially if you lay down a cloth and make sure it has alot of folds, then turn off the lights and shine a light on it at a sertain angle and draw it. It will show you where the shadows go, and also give you tips on where the folds go in fabric. Gah! look at me! Windbag! Anyway, hope that helped!! :D

I look for a lot of online tutorials, and have several tutorial books myself. I don't find either of them really helpful, and they're aren't much of them. But I do look at them and study the drawings, they just come up crappy when I get it on paper. ><
