i love the subtleness of the colors, very nice. a very calming effect. the placement on the canvas is a plus as well. good work.

I suggest less of the fading type of style, making everything blend together and making it look like you tried too hard to do that.
Brighter colors are you friends on clouds, at least on the side of the mixture.
Lol, at least I think so when it comes to drawing clouds and such xD

I tried to capture the the look that there was a thin cloud over the sun, which is why it looks the way it does. >w<;; I used soft colors because that's what the early sunrise around here looks like, so...yeah

- Please try not to double post, kris. The art post forum moves in a very slow pace, and there are people who actually browse each one of the threads here, and probably even the 2nd, 3rd, or so pages. Just be patient and wait ^_^
well, i think it lacks a dark shade of color, but overall, the blending is nicely done ^_^
