Oh those are so cute! I love the cat. It makes me want to carve pumpkins this year...mine just usually have the basic triangle eyes, etc though. Did you use a kit or did you make up the pattern?

You all are so lucky, we don't get to carve pumkins. It gets to messy! I love the carvings you've done!

Well i'd like to do the cat one again but take my time and make it more detailed. But I was thinking of drawing up plans for a spider in it's web or some kind of spooky face thats not normal, I love pumkin carving I don't know why it's so theraputic.

Those are pretty awesome! I don't use patterns either, usually as a inside joke to my close friends I do my OC's in the pumpkins. They usually turn out well. <33

Oh, that cat one is really beautiful.

This year I did scenes from Nightmare Before Christmas on my pumpkins.
It was a lot of fun.

I love jack-o-lanterns!!

Know what I hate, though? I hate when people don't actually carve a face into the pumpkin, they just paint one on. Or sometimes, they won't even paint a face, it'll be like, letters. And sometimes those letters won't even be on a pumpkin, they'll be on a piece of paper, and it will be like.. An essay on Benjamin Franklin and they turn it in at school and I'm just like.. Nice jack-o-lantern.. Jerk.

Those are really great. Last year I got a free pumpkin from my college and I craved it. My brother could of got one too, but he didn't, just because we had to carry them home on the bus from the opposite side of the city.
I did a bat flying infront of the moon, but your cat is definately much better.

Oh all this talk makes me wish that Halloween was popular and more widely celebrated in Australia. My dad if a firm non believer of the event and won't let us even begin to do anything for it.

Wow, that cat one is pretty good looking. Did it take long to make?

I love carving pumpkins. Last year my boyfriend got one really big pumpkin and we were able to carve three faces in it. Could have made four, but the back of the pumpkin was where it was lying on the ground and it looked funky so we just left it alone. I think the most complicated thing I've carved was a howling wolf in front of the moon. I usually just stick with the creepy faces. <3

I love to carve pumpkins. I still need to carve one for this year. For school, we painted, not carved pumpkins. That was fun, but I prefer carving pumpkins to painting them. I carve 1 or 2 every year for my family. Once we had a contest. It was fun.

oh wow, the cat one is my favourite. I carved my pumpkin the other day. It's not bad, but it's not great. I've always lacked in the cutting department. I have a fear of hurting my self XD I took a picture of it last night, I'll post it. Now where is it, AHAHA XD-is lame i know-

It was daytime when I took the pics so it is sitting at the top of the basement stairs xD
My little brother did one too but he didn't want me to post it, I love my pumpkin lol. Getting the guts out is the best, then we salt the seeds and bake em. mmmm yummy. ^_^

Ahh! I like the kitty one. xD;;

Unfortunately - or fortunately depending on how you look at it - I've never carved a pumpkin in my life. xD;;

I remember when I was younger, I sat close by and watched my aunt carve a pumpkin. The knife slipped and she ended up cutting herself really really bad. D;~ There was so much blood! D:~ xD:;

Form them on, I decided that I never want to have anything to do with the pumpkin carving things. xD:; ~ Ahh~ <3
