Summary

I've read Alive, but I didn't really get it. xD;;

If you like Alive, then maybe you can try Boys Next Door? o3o; I thought it was pretty sweet, in its own way. But beware, its shounen-ai.

FullMetal Alchemist and Rurouni Kenshin are some of my favorite mangas, but because they are so famous, you may have already read them.

I like Here is Greenwood alot, though sometimes i find it hard to understand. Loveless is very good, but it's boyxboy romance, so maybe you wouldn't like that, I don't know. I just started reading Chronos Crusade and I like it alot so far! It's very imaginative. My favorite mangas are Bizenghast, The Dreaming, and InuBaka. Bizenghast is about a girl named Dinah, and she has to release these trapped souls as part of a contract. it's very dark, and the art is wonderful! The Dreaming is a horror story about a boarding school in Australia and the mysterious woods that surround it. It is very creepy and kept me looking over my shoulder for the night. InuBaka is light hearted and cute- it's just about a girl who loves dogs and the adventures she has with ther friends, their dogs, and her own mutt, Lupin! It's an adorable series.

If you like sci-fi that makes you think, try Parasyte, currently being reprinted by Del-Ray. Not enough people read that one in my opinion, and more people should.

Train_Man is a short, three volume manga that is so sweet. It's based on a true story about a boy who meets a girl on a train and attempts to date her with the advice and support of a whole forum community (like this one)!

And if you want something so adorable and cute it rots your teeth, Kitchen Princess is my current guilty pleasure. The parts on food are clever and interesting and the main character is such a peach. X3
