As a package of papers is shoved into your hand, you can't help but wonder if that ninja is real. Or that cat girl. What about that girl in the sailor outfit? A giant mechanical ...person? Is that a vampire? Astro Boy?!


As your character glances down to the paper, they're confronted with excessive smily faces and the words, 'WELCOME FRIEND!'

Let's NOT get into why you're here. Big mess. Lots of booms and crashes and bad words. Let's not get into it, okay? ;) But you are here. \^o^/ So WELCOME. :)

So here we are, new friend of mine! This is a tavern. We don't sell alcohol here. But you can get a bubble blower from the big guard near the exit doors. Oh, and you can't go outside. Yet. I'll let you know when you can leave! :) :) :)

The paper suddenly explodes in a flurry of glitter that remarkably reminds you of MORE smily faces...

C & O is a multi anime fandom RP that starts in, of all places, a tavern. No one really understands HOW characters get snatched up and collected in this place that's sandwiched between reality- there's a flash of light and suddenly another character just turns up. The employees seem fairly unfazed by all of what's going on.

The doors to the outside are sealed shut, though security guards reassure anyone who asks that they will open soon, and there seems to be a complete lack of booze. Everyone is crammed into the tavern, good guys, bad guys, netural, young and old, sane and insane. Some take it well, some take it badly, and there's a tense kind of peace over the tavern...


This is a PLOTTED RP. This means that you guys can RP all you like and as you do, there'll be random events that happen. A door opening to a new area. A fight. A chicken falling into the toilet. The character who's the mastermind behind this is...well, you've seen the letter above... and things can happen at any time.

You can have ANY character from ANY anime or manga.

Keep in mind that your character, though the most powerful in your anime, will NOT be the most powerful in this tavern. For example, Naruto and Ichigo would be dead equal in strength. Same goes for any bad guys. It doesn't matter if they're concidered 'godly' in their own world, in this tavern, the powers are balanced.

Rules

The usual rules apply, you guys know them! (And if you don't, there is a fantastic guide in the main RPing forum.)

More unusual rules are:

• Three canons per person, and each character with a seperate color. (To keep them easily seperated.) Try and keep the posts easy to read... don't muddle colors too much!
• ONLY CANONS.
• Main characters are equal in strength.
• Secondary and sidekick characters are equal to each other, no matter the fandom.
• Leaving the tavern isn't allowed till the doors are opened.
• No cybering. (NOT an unusual rule, but an important one.)
• Characters can fight, so long as they don't do it in public areas.

Name: Uchiha Madara, aka Tobi
Anime/Manga: Naruto
Age: Over 90s...
Appearance: Madara is not the most handsome of men, he has some wrinckles on his face, being that the most pronounced one is that under his eyes. This doesn't matter thout, because to cover his face he relies on a mask, quite interesting one at it. His bright orange mask only has an openening for his right eye, though Madara has both, and it has a swirling padron swirling directly into the eye. THis is effective because it compels someone who might face his face into look to the hole on the mask, looking directly into Madara's right eye. While this is harmless while his powers are not activated, when they are it's a different story. To be explained in Powers. He wears a black shirt and black pants, using belts and bolts on his arms and legs. He uses a black cloak with red clouds painted on it too, most of the time.
Personality: Madara has a quite villian personality, with a touch of arrogance that defines him. He relies more in sarcasm and irony, and surprisingly, will rely on truth or decieving, all to achive his goals. All that to say that he's pretty good at hidding his game, and that he can play any mood to please his requirements. However, most of the time, to cloack his true skill and power, as well as to hide his primary objectives, he uses the guise of Tobi, a cool young kid who is awfully laid back for a ninja, and despite being quite goofy and being kidding all the time, gets the job done.
Powers: Madara is very proficient in hand-to-hand combat, as well as being an expert in using his bladed fan with a chained scythe attached. His main power, however, relies on his eyes. By shifting the iris of his eyes, and therefore his iris, he can change the way he sees the world. He can see chakra in individuals, as well as how much chakra left they have, and their chakra nature. He can copy chakra techniques unless they are a bloodline limit, and he can see movements before they happen. His eyes grant him proficiency in ninjutsu and genjutsu. This is the power of the Sharingan. However, Madara also has the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. This power grants him plenty of power, allowing him to teleport to any given point in mere seconds, as well as the ability to let anything phase through him. His chakra is also so wicked that it allowed him to survive several situations in which regular ninjas would have simply died.
Weakness: Madara is not known for having weaknesses. The weaknesses taht the Sharingan and Mangekyou Sharingan pose have already been overcome, and right now, he's virtually weakness-less.

Appearance: very tall and lean albino with long white hair with bangs, and delicate pointed ears. His eyes are crimson and his pupils are slitted.
Personality: enigmatic and a bit high-up. His standards are above everyone else, and he believes his wisdom is unsurpassed. However he is kind and friendly, if not a tad cold upon first meeting him.
Powers: various kinds of magic (elemental and dark)
Weakness: his friends and his ego

Name: Riza Hawkeye
Anime/Manga: Full Metal Alchemist

Appearance: Riza Hawkeye
Personality: Calm, workaholic, has high standards for people, doesn't let her emotions show often.
Powers: Trained in hand-to-hand combat, specializes in firearms, particularly sniper rifles. Can hit targets effortlessly.
Weakness: Animals (mostly dogs), and her friends.
