Didnt see a previous thread in the catalogue so I thought i would start one up ^^ (this is for the manga and anime~!)



According to excerpts in the wiki article:

"Zero no Tsukaima follows the adventures of the protagonists Louise and her familiar Saito. Louise is a second year student at the Tristain Academy of Magic. In this world, those who can use magic are either mages or nobles.

Louise is terrible at magic, and can never use it the way she wants to. She is dubbed the nickname "Louise the Zero" by her classmates, due to her success rate of casting spells of being almost always zero. Early in the school year, the second year students summon their familiars; this is considered a special ritual where a mage summons their eternal protector and partner, which usually is some sort of magical creature. Louise manages to summon a human commoner named Saito Hiraga, leaving her totally humiliated. Due to the sacredness of the ritual, Louise is left with no choice but to reluctantly accept Saito as her familiar. She proceeds to treat Saito as any other familiar, making him sleep on a bed of hay and beats him with a whip, among other things."



The anime series is already in it's second season! It's a very cute story, and although some personalities seem a bit mary-sue, they are intervened in a very interesting plot. If you've seen it or would like to know more, please feel free to post! :D

It's funny and romantic!!! XD Well I saw the first series complete and now I most start to see the second series, some of my friends tell me that it's awesome I havent see them yet!!!! T_T

Yeah one of my friends has seen all the latest eps and he says they're great, he REALLY loves this series. We were having a mini marathon of season 1 earlier XD its so much more interesting watching it again and noticing things after knowing the story and everything~

Very cute series. Though I didn't like the second season, but the first one was amazing. Louise is a very cute charater, though she get mad way to easy ( Like me :3 )

I just finished this show 3 weeks ago. This show was really funny especially how Louise always calls Saito "Dog". In a way, it was kind of annoying too. :)

I've read the manga, and it's awesome. But I've only watched up to episode two of the anime. I need to watch more.

I've seen the first and the second seasons of this anime, and will watch the third one soon too.

It's very perv, but it's so romantic, funny and just awesome at the same time. And Saito is really cute, even though he's too perv for my tastes.

I've watched all episodes, all seasons of this anime. A 5 day marathon. I loved it!
Honestly, the second season made me cry and I think if they would've just let it go I think the story would've been better. I mean c'mon! A really well endowed elf? :no: They didn't need to resort to that desperate measure. It's a very good story but I kept finding more and more filler episodes later on.
I still love it though! It was a VERY good series.
