Hi, hi.
I decided to post some art, here. I do traditional art (drawing/pencil sketching) and some digital art of both original characters and ones from fandoms. I'll post my two most recent as of now. I'd love nice critiques, they help me grow.

Your work is pretty good. Not bad I'd say, but you still have some things to work on. From what I saw, the heads are a lil too big and the hands are a tad too small. I tend to make small hands too. Anyways, just keep practicing and keeping up the good work.

I was wondering why some things looked so goofy. I could never put my finger on it. Thanks for pointing that out. Now I have to try to work on it.

Updated with a modified version of my Rain fanart. ^^;

It's very nice to see someone interested in the anime style working with hair as a group of strands instead of a mass. kudos for that. It seems to me that in your original concept you're showing much more depth and better control of your lines, your straining yourself to conform to the character in the fanart piece.

Have you considered purchasing a set of Micron pens? It'd be lovely to see some of your work inked. :)

@ JeSsIcAtMeOwW ~ Hehe, thanks a bunch.
@ Loffel ~ I love detailing work as much as possible, and the more hair strands, the more details! Hehe. And it just looks prettier, usually. Yeah, fanarts are a little frustrating because I can't really do much to a lot of them, and I do have microns (most of them are so used that the tips broke. ._.). I'm hoping to get new pens from my friend in China, soon.

And I have a new piece. I'll post the line art and the finished CG here:
This is a fan art of Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy (in Nintendo style).

@ TheDesireMistress ~ In this case I used the pen tool on Photoshop after sketching(and a really horrible sketch, too) out the basic outlines. (As seen here:http://pitahaya.deviantart.com/art/R...-WIP-124618986)

Your art work is amazing! Try making the hips/waist a bit more longer because on the first picture, i noticed that it was close to the chest. But I absolutely LOVE how you color! It looks pro.

Yeah, I've noticed I had a problem with that. It's just hard to get out of the habit of doing things that way. x3

Wow, dead.
I've done a painting based on a photograph of Mariska Hargitay (Keep in mind that I've checked and rechecked, even layering the original over the painting: Her face proportions ARE correct.)

This is the ONE thing I really don't want any crits on, so please don't give it.

Some WIPS of my new painting.
I'm treating it as a tutorial of sorts:
