I have quite a few mangaka that I will read anything they do! Most of them are BL mangaka ;)
Youka Nitta, Kodaka Kazuma, Fumi Yoshinaga, Bohra Naono, and Minase Masara.
For Youka Nitta, I just find her art to be gorgeous and I think she's really good at creating a human character, not just a character but someone with faults and flaws that you can still enjoy. Despite her recent scandal, I really appreciate her work. I've been in love with her storytelling for a while.
Kodaka Kazuma is just made of awesome. While her biggest work may be Kizuna, I think I might love her more for her doujinshi. She really manages to capture the characters from other series and deliver a lot of great fanservice. I love feeling a connection with her just because we have similar interests =3
Fumi Yoshinaga can make me buy anything. I was sold after Antique Bakery. Her characterization is awesome. Her stories have impact. I just want to read them all. And I really appreciate her art. It's quite lovely.
Bohra Naono is fun because she's not afraid to play with stereotypes and switch traditional roles on their ears. She really indulges me with salarymen, older men, shorter semes, older ukes, all sorts of things. Her art style is fun too. It's not the usual clean inked lines, it feels more sketchy, more free.
Minase Masara has gorgeous art! It's gorgeous! I'll pick up anything she does just for the pretty pictures! She really enjoys the angst through misunderstanding trick. It was nice the first time or two, but it gets a little old. I still love her art though.
I read lots more mangaka, but those are ones that I will continually return to because I love them for whatever reason.

All of these manga either have amazing stories or are so outrageous they're hilarous. Saiyuki is the kind with the awesome story. Zetsubou Sensei is just so outrageous that you can't believe the guy wrote this and you find it amusing.

Osamu Tezuka by far is my favorite manga-ka. I love his work, but it's so hard to get his books. His more popular works like Astro Boy, Black Jack, Phoenix, and Dororo aren't sold in the books stores where I'm from so I have to special order them through the booksellers website. The ones they do sell however are less known works by him like Apollo's Song and MW. I've read all of the ones I listed except Phoenix. I cheated for that one and watched the mini anime series. They're all very good and I would suggest them to anyone. :D

Dunno if I've answered this already but Kaori Yuki. I love her works. So far, I've only read Angel Sanctuary, The Cain Saga, Boys Next Door, and Ludwig Kakumei. Her works involve things that I like, such as fairy tales and Alice in Wonderland and while elements in the plot will shock people, I find them enjoyable. Plus, the art's really good.

Only two from Ai Yazawa, Paradise Kiss and Nana, although I haven't finished Nana, obviously! From Arina Tanemura I've read Fullmoon O Sagashite and Alliance Cross.

Oh so many things. Yazawa is just a magical story teller with a beautiful art style - certainly a killer combination in the world of manga. Her stories are certainly the most emotional I've ever read, and I find the endings to her stories heart-breakingly perfect. I like to think of her as the realistic fairy tale manga-ka. I love how she shows happy endings don't happen like they do in a lot of stories.
Her art is just gorgeous to me, and it stands out compared to others by a mile in my eyes. The characters she creates are so lovingly original, I haven't been able to dislike one of them yet! :D I adore the fact her main characters are so real, unlike a lot of main shoujo characters around. It makes them much easier to relate to and like!
She certainly has the power to suck you deep into her stories, and I admit I have cried many times at them. As well as beautiful drama, she has a great sense of humour too! A legend in the world of manga for sure, at least to me!

Oh, geez, this is a tough question. I can not pick between Yamane Ayano and Nekota Yonezou. Their artwork and storylines are simply amazing. Viewfinder: You're My Loveprize, and Elektel Delusion, are currently my favorite mangas. I really admire them. Their stories are original, and really perk my interest.
