On my mule account, I had received an email that included a link that said it would enter the account in a raffle. However, on my main email, I got no such email.

Is this because my mule+main are both my accounts, and so everyone will have only one chance to enter? Or did my main not receive an email?
It's not the raffle I'm concerned about, it's the possibility that I might miss all sorts of email-inclusive opportunities if my main is getting different emails than my mule or something.

Unless, that's intentional? :sweat:
Sorry, I'm just trying to figure out how I don't get the same emails on both accounts...

Did you check your spam folder?

Also, be sure to check a bit further down in your inbox. Receiving the emails was a bit delayed, but the timestamp on them still can cause them to be displayed as if you got them a while ago.
You should have both, as far as I know.

Are you positive that the email came from Mene staff? I've heard of hackers using that trick to get your username/password so they access your account. :sweat: I'm not saying that the email wasn't legitimate, but I haven't heard anybody else talking about a Mene-sponsored raffle through email.

Oops, disregard my post. If a staff member says it's legit, than there's no reason to worry.

Your main is with gmail from the looks, the email was definitely sent out around ten minutes before you posted. If you check what Cherry mentioned you should be fine.

There's an Announcement about it in the Announcement forum... So if you "haven't heard anyone talking" about a site-sponsored raffle, you haven't looked in the right place...

Ah, okay, thank you! I'll go check again. I probably just hadn't received it yet.

And I changed my main email to Gmail since I thought maybe Yahoo was the problem?
I suppose I might've just missed it or something.

I did, but not before I got the email on my mule account.
It was because I couldn't find it that I changed my email to my Gmail account instead of Yahoo.
But yes, I did...

I looked back through and I haven't seen it in either the Yahoo or Gmail, and I've checked my Spam folders...
It's not likely, but is it possible I would've gotten it in the time I changed my emails? I mean, I don't think it would, but it's the only thing I can think of...

It should go to the previous email you had. The one you had at the time it was sent.
Did you check all of your inbox, not just the most recent emails? It may register as being a few days old, as I said.

From the sound of it you changed your email while the send out was in progress (the process takes hours) so it's likely that you won't get the mail for your main account.

Yeah - the problem comes with switching email addresses as the emails are going out. You switched to a much better provider... I've never had a Menewsha email go to my spam folder while using Gmail. :)
