I fell in love with Yurine from Karas the first time I saw her <3

In that time I loved white haired girls, and the mistycism of Yurine plus her voice and her was so nice :)

Another one is Yuuko Ichihara from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle and XXXHolic, I think she's so elegant and misterious.

And from mangas, my favourite ones come from Alita Battle Angel, one being Alita herself and the other one is Vilma Fachiri, a vampire helping humans to get back to their civilization.
