I loved watching the video games. (yes watching...my husband plays them) and after watching this trailer...I CANT WAIT for the movie to come out.

I liked the game, always made me giggle when he took a drink, but I don't know about the movie, all I could think was Jake Gyllenhall...really?... O.o ...Really?!

@aoi midori: i also had that kind of reaction when i was it was jake gyllenhall hehe... i wasn't sure if that was a good or a bad thing though... like, seriously, he looks totally jacked! what happened to the skinny dorky looking kid from 'october sky'?

ZOMG I am so stoked for the movie! I practically ate, drank, slept the video game and now there's a movie?! They won't be able to tear me away from it. Let's just hope they do it justice, right?

Very interesting. I had no idea they were making a prince of parisa movie. i have the first game. im the very good at it yet, but im working at it.
It think it is very kool that they are making a movie for the game. i think im going to see it when it comes out, wait not think, i know im going to see it. lol

Apparently they wanted a Bollywood actor to play the Prince...but when he turned them down...the went to Jake. lol I dunno...he looks good in the part. =D

Personally don't play the games, but the movie looks interesting. And Jake Gyllenhall looks quite good with long hair. ^^ I'll admit, that'll be part of the reason I go see it.

I'm looking forward to the movie. My brother played the games. but I'm very shocked when i first heard that disney was the one making it. But yes, i agree, can someone explain to me why in the world Jake Gyllenhal (sp?) is the prince (forgot the character's name...fail. ><;;; )?? I mean, he is a good actor, but why for an Arabian-like character? Talk about Hollywood, it had to be him? I don't get Hollywood..:/ lol

They wanted to get a Bollywood actor; (Bollywood is Hollywood's twin in India) but the person they wanted refused. Maybe they thought this would be the second best? I dunno..he looks good.

I'm actually a bit terrified about how this movie is going to turn out...Disney isn't that great a movie company when it comes to adult movies...they've made a couple of good ones, I'll admit...but I'm not so sure how well this one will turn out @[email protected]

Hopefully it will be as good as the Pirate's movie....and not like the *cough* other live action movies...

No, but the casting was terrible! I was so disappointed! But, the movie still has a chance...as long as it sticks to the storyline...I must admit, the bending looks pretty cool...but...eh...I don't know. They could have don't better :(

Oh, yea I know...I cried when I saw who was playing in it....seriously, im that geeky. lol

i only played the first game where in the first part you always accidently kill yourself trying to reach that one ledge D: . i hope they show many retrys in the movie :D

I saw a preview the other day it looks good. makes me want to get the game and play it too, and see the movie at the same time

I'm not looking forward to it. It might look good but Jake as the Prince doesn't fit for me plus they already changed things, like giving him a name, changing the main girls name into some other name and so forth. I don't think Jake looks that good with long hair either.

I never knew they had a movie about this game. I will definitely have to check it out at some point for sure!!

Im a little worried about sensitive playing Jake takingon this role. I will probably enjoi it afterwards but still...everytime I see him al i can think about is Donnie Darko and quit and timid. But all in allm I am excited that they are making a movie

When I saw the trailer I flipped! lol. I thought it was odd that they chose Jake Gyllenhall as the dude (sorry, haven't played the game). But it looks friggin awesome! I can't wait for it to come out!

I doubt Disney will live up to my expectations because of the fact the game was intended for older audiences, whereas Disney deals with children... I'm not looking forward to it.

I am majorly excited about this movie...I hate video games yet love the Prince of Persia series. I think it'll be great.

I think it's cast pretty well except for the woman that plays the princess. I'm not a big fan of her.
