(Why don't you make a student, so instead of two students and you as all the teachers, which don't really interact with the kids on a regular fun basis, we just play as students.)

Katherine yawned, slamming a hand down on her alarm clock. She cuddled into the pillow, her long, silver hair spilling across her bed. She mumbled and turned over comfortably, before sitting straight up on the bed with a mumbled cuss. "I knew I shouldn't have set my alarm clock so late!" she rushed around her small apartment, throwing on pants and a t-shirt. She pulled on her jacket as she walked out the door, keys in her hands and a piece of toast stuck in her mouth.
With a sigh of relief she stepped out of her car, hurrying to the principals office just as the bell rang. "Excuse, I'm hear for to substitute for Lady Katie, I heard about the accident," she said, a worried tone in her voice.

"yes an unfortunate thing happened but I hope you will have better luck this time" he principle spoke. adding "Let's get you into the class now come on" the principle spoke leading her to the room.

"None of my potion's ever go wrong," Katherine stated, before following the principal to a room full of bored faces. "Hello children, I'm your substitute Miss Katherine. Before I begin the class, do you have any questions?"

The students just kept on talking and ignored the teacher after the principle left."CLASS SIT DOWN AND GET READY OR YOU WILL GET AN EXAM RIGHT NOW" Vane aka Vaneria yelled standing in front of the class as they did as they were told. "Sorry for being loud this class never listens we expect a student had something to do with an accident. If you want me to stay I can, I only go to class when I feel like it the principle said because I help keep kids in order.

Katherine smiled sweetly, "It would be nice to have someone to help me on my first couple of days." She turned back to the class and raised the potion's book. She skimmed through it and found the sleep potion, leaving it open on her desk. "Unfortunately, since you didn't listen to my instructions, I will not teach you the invisibility potion. Instead, I will teach you a minor sleep potion, designed to relax the mind and the muscles. If you'll look, it's on page 392 in your textbook."

Vane stayed and smiled at the students and sat on a stool "Well lets go people" Vane spoke(I get the pc all weekend) the class followed what they were told.

Katherine easily led the class through the lesson, picking out several students who were doing extremely well and pulling them out after class. "If you want to learn more about the potions I teach in class, feel free to come by after school."

When the last of the kids had cleared out for break she turned to Vane and asked, "Did I do well for my first day?"

"Alot better than the one here before you so yes. Very well and the students seem to take well with you. I am only here for a week and then I have my classes to take as well. I am only here to make sure nothing bad happens." Vane answered.

"Well," Kate started, "Thank you for making sure my first day ran smoothly." She smoothed out her cloak and wrapped it around her shoulders, humming to herself.
