Firstly, this shop was created January 13th, 2010. It's my first time making an art shop on any avatar site! It's not like I'm new to Menewsha or art, it's just the first time I've really had the desire to combine the two. I have a few things I'm questing for, and what better way to get gold than to sell my skills?

The name for this shop was just what was on my mind at the time. Dive Into The Heart (Destati) is a song from the Kingdom Hearts series and appeared on the first soundtrack. It's the background music that's playing in the tutorial level of the first game, where Sora is on the stained glass tower. I'm pretty sure it also plays with Roxas on the stained glass towers in KH2.

What I will draw:

Avatars, OCs, and fanart! Keep in mind I'm not so sure of my ability to do full fursonas, so you'd probably be better off finding someone else to draw your furries. Ears and tails are about as far as I will go.

Avatars: I won't put an item limit, but I may or may end up accidentally or intentionally leaving out an item if your avatar is really cluttered. If I'm intentionally leaving item(s) out, I'll be sure to tell you... and if they're absolutely important, I'll make sure to add them in. Also! Just in case you change your avatar before I get the chance to see it how you want it drawn you should save it and upload it to a free image hosting site like Imageshack.

Original Characters: If you've got vivid description skills or references or can easily tell me something like 'make it a green haired Ash Ketchum with bunny ears and a tutu' I can probably do it. If you leave out a detail, I may or may not try to ask you about it before I go ahead and make it up on my own, so please try to be specific as possible! And I mean really specific. You have little right to complain if you don't state what you want.

Fan Art: I can definitely draw established characters in my own style. Even if I've never heard of them before, I can make a pretty good shot at a character if you tell me their name and what they're from so I can look it up. I'm *especially* happy to draw fan art for Kingdom Hearts, Yugioh, and Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles at the moment.

I am willing to draw yaoi, yuri, and straight couples. I can also do best friend and small group pictures. *great emphasis here, it was here all along, now just edited - small, as in no more than four people* If you have specific pose ideas in mind, describe them, else I'll make something up. *This is new: If you want them doing something you HAVE to say what or else you have little right to complain they aren't interacting enough. Got it? If you leave it up to me you CANNOT complain later.*

Chibi Lineart (150g?) - — - — - — - — - Chibi Full Color (200g?)

(Riku from KH1 and my avatar at the time I opened the shop. For more examples, feel free to browse through my past customer's completed commissions in the post below this one.)

Additional chibi person: +50g. (Now to a limit of three extra characters. If you want more than that, we'll discuss it!) This is the price for both extra lineart and color chibis. To get this perfectly clear:

Two chibi people (friends or as a couple): 200g not colored, 250g colored.
Three chibi people (friends only): 250g not colored, 300g colored.
Four chibi people: 300g not colored, 350g colored.
Five or more: bribe basis only and I will likely say no from now on

If you are paying for full color just ignore the not colored price. The not colored price is for people who only want lineart (if they just prefer or can't pay full price). If I've done just lineart for you before, I can color it for that additional 50g.

Currently I am only doing chibis. If you'd like to see more of my art, you can find me on deviantART. (Although, most of my art on DA is full-body. If you're wanting full non-chibi art here in the shop, it's on bribe-basis only! It'd likely be twice the price of my chibis or more.)

The time it takes me to draw is completely relative to the prices! If I were playing games for as long as it took me to draw, how much would I have earned? I haven't timed myself recently, nor have I recently obsessively played the games here to max daily output in a while... Personally, for the time it takes me, I think the prices should be higher, but I'll leave that up for you all to decide. Gold isn't as easy to come by for some as it is for others on Menewsha.

Form:

For now I don't have one! It should be pretty common sensical. Later, if I open up the shop more with full-sized people options for shoulder-up, waist-up, full body, so on and so forth, I'll include a snazzy form to ease the process along. However, I'd like to request you say something about the personality of the character(s) I am to draw... because I like feeding life into my picture with emotions.

Currently the shop is currently temporarily CLOSED. You can still post and say you're interested and I'll get back to you when I'm open again, I guess... right now I'm just stressed. >_<; Sorry guys.

Not sure how to set up trade? Never bought art before? Well, I had to read this handy thread when I made my shop, and it may answer your questions on how user-run art shops work: Menewsha Art Shops Subforum: FAQ and Guide Basically, post in my thread here what you want and open up (but don't completely accept) a gold trade. I'll keep in touch with you and I'll be sure to PM you when its done, giving it to you, and then I'll accept the trade. I will keep screenshots of trades just in case you take the art and run!! That's not fair to me, and I will report you if you try to not pay me!

I retain the right to deny a request for any reason.
I will cancel trades or return gold/items if I cannot complete a commission.

Things you can do with your art:

You can put it in your signature. You can make it smaller, crop it, add text around it, make it glow or sparkle - anything. You can even put it up in your (non-art) shop (the sort where users will sell or trade items). You can put it in your charity thread, your quest thread, any thread that you start!

But: Never, ever claim you drew it yourself! You're a wonderful, paying customer and I haven't signed or marked it in any way. If anyone asks, send them a link back to my shop, kk? If you're putting it in your own thread could you maybe put someplace that I drew it and a link? That'd be awesome of you! If it's just in your signature I don't mind that I'm not credited - you paid for it, afterall. ^_^

I don't order from EVERY shop, just the ones that interest me or are cute and affordable or whatever.

Yeah, because Menewsha has a lot of great artists and new ones popping art.

And your art is very affordable and super cute, so I had to order. Now that I have lots of gold from selling an item a week or so ago.

To everyone else, very important: I woke up today and was thrilled my shop had business. Unfortunately, not long after I woke up I got this splitting pain in my side. I'm tried to ignore it all day but its been nonstop... so I'm going to the hospital in around twenty minutes to get it checked out. >_< I may be made to stay over night, but I will pine to be home by tomorrow evening. Your art will get done, but I'm sorry that there's probably going to have to be a delay. It really, really sucks. I just hope I don't have appendicitis...

It's ok. I just hope the pain you have been having is nothing serious and nothing something like aspirin can't take care of.

I hope everything is ok.

Well... I went to the hospital, they did a urine analysis and all that fun stuff... they have no idea what it is. They want to tell me it may be a pulled muscle (which is funny, because I'm lazy and I don't do any strenuous activity, period). Anyway, the doctors sent me home with a muscle relaxant and some high dosage ibuprofen... and that's about it. *sigh* If it gets worse, I'm to call back. Basically, I have to be vomiting, have a fever, or be bleeding before they'll do anything serious.

So I'm STILL in pain. Oh well. I have medication I'm gonna take. I'll start work on art right away!

Sorry they didn't find out what was wrong. I had problems in my stomach with pains, but they never really found out the problem. Luckily, the pains just went away.

I hope what they give you works and what you had goes away.

Ooooh, lion dogs? I had a friend once who really liked those and was starting a collection for her bedroom... I might indeed draw them. I think I did see your thread once before a few months ago...

And stupid, silly me for not putting a cap on how many additional characters could be drawn for the +50g. If it was 14 times the full 200g, that would be 2800g, whereas paying for one and then +50g for each would only be 850g. Could I, per chance, ask for more? Since it is so many... its my own fault for not thinking of putting a limit, so you can say no...

I'll start on a few of these after I get my two other orders done. So, late tomorrow, perhaps... I never know how long something will take me and I keep forgetting to time myself.

And it does scare me how incompetent this local hospital seems. They've given me these uber-effective painkillers, but if its really not my muscles and really is my appendix... I could seriously be dead before I know it. There are plenty of people who don't show symptoms. >_< But until I have any other symptoms, what am I to do? I feel a little better this morning. Now it's only a dull ache most times I move, but not all times... I think bed rest may be an answer.
