She was the Game of Chance NPC.I was curious what happened to it,turns out they were going to bring her back for this particular event.Before,she had her back to you (and you could buy her dress) and she was holding a card face up,one face down behind her back.Less creepy...

On Valentines day I usually spend it thinking about all the people who care about me, not just a significant other.

Honestly I don't get why people bitch about a holiday they hate.
That's one fuss I don't get.

I do ignore it,till someone brings it up and reminds me why I rip stuff up.Plus my mom didn't drop a hint,she flat out told me to get her a giftcard (and I have no money!><) when she'll get roses from her boyfriend.

*Nods head* The plushies are stupid, this is true. I would also be pissed if I got a card that said "I love you" instead of hearing it from the person's mouth. Cards are as good as bonfire kindling to me, they mean nothing unless written completely by hand, and even then I prefer to hear the words spoken.

I guess my view on Valentine's day is different than others'. I don't do the mushy stuff either, though as I said before, I do like a bouquet of flowers, but that's all year round, not just on Valentine's day ;) .

@monstahh': Yeah, I do like they way the Mene Powers That Be worked both holidays into it. And personally I think the fact that you two are going out is great in of itself, no matter who pays.

She's quite a rude woman.I asked my friend to get me special goggles and gave him the money I was saving specifically for that,so no more cash.She only wanted it cause of the art...The Apple earbuds making a heart (I can draw that for cheaper!).

XD Well I was just trying to express that we don't need anything but a nice evening together to be happy. c: I know he loves me very much, we don't need a special day, but it sure is a nice excuse to go out and eat somewhere really nice for once. haha.

Haha,thats true.I really want to cook an Asian-themed meal for my boyfriend,since its quite easy (taking a cooking class helps.XD) and its less expensive for me.I can never dress right for restaurants...Its pretty sad.XD

Well,it started because I got Cooking Mama and then looked up some of the recipes (China and Japan mostly) and decided I could manage this.I can make sushi and onigiri too. :3 Lol,there's a good Thai place across the street from me!

@NiteMARE: Honestly, if I were your mom I'd rather have the card you hand made rather than bought. Buying gifts is all well and good, but I treasure hand made gifts much more than anything store bought. Sure, the store bought whatever might be prettier, or better made, but the fact that someone took the time to actually make something for me is very special.

@monstahh': As I've learned, any excuse to go out and unwind is a good one. ^.~
