same for me! i'm sure the books are better than the show, but i love it anyways, heheh. what's-her-name does a really good job as the female lead too. i only watch it cuz my friend supplies me with dvd's, but i dunno how often that'll happen now :p

I've only seen a few books by Dan Brown, though they are really good. I like them.

I watched a few bits and pieces of Trublood, not enough to count for anything or form an opinion.

i think ppl either love it or hate it. when i saw the previews i wasn't interested. but my friend downloaded it for me cuz he thought i would like it, and once the plot and characters were established, he was right- i loved it! i brought it here with me for when i gets lonelies :]

i know what you mean. i generally try not to get involved, because i get addicted to everything and there isn't enough time in the day for it all! that's why everything has to be in cycles for me: music downloading cycles, manga cycles, movies cycles, shows cycles, book cycles . . . . . . .

That sounds like that would work...I need to get into cycles as well...

it kinda sucks b/c things pile up a bit and you may be behind on a specific thing. but it's at least good for manga, cuz i usually read until there's nothing current out and i have to wait for more anyways, lol.

I love my DVR. I can record it there and watch what I want and not miss anything. Though I watch mostly just movie channels, with some things like Discovery and A&E. The only regular series program I ever watch is ER. And I've DVR'd it and have pretty well caught up on the years that I stopped watching altogether. I also take the movies and then put them on DVD. I buy the really good movies on DVD, but DVR and then DVD any old ones or ones that aren't worth really paying for.
