Not particularly, I think they're just meant to be lolita-y. ¦:^0
I don't actually know who she is either, I'm sure the name sounds famillar though!

She's a Lolita Goth violinist/singer/poet >.<
Don't worry she's fairly underground so I'm not surprised not many people have heard of her >.<

I wish I was cute enough to be Lolita >.< And rich enough to be Victorian I really like her more because she's well violent and sarcastic >.< She's certainly not all sugar and cream >.<
What kind of music do you like?

I don't think you have to be cute to be a lolita, I'm not pretty at all, but I've already started my loli wardrobe. :)

I like a lot of different music, it's hard to say! :XD

Psssh yeah right, the second some one says I'm not pretty I insistently envision all the beautiful girls I know that just need a little more confidence >.<
I do have some cute little doll dresses/lace umbrellas. But then I always where these huge combat boots and carry around my pug puppy. Plus I'm REALLY tall and that kinda kills the "little doll" aspect

Me to >.< That's one of the reasons I like her she's classical/metal/celtic/techno/hiphop/death metal type music >.<
I pretty much like a few bands from almost everything, not really jazz or country though...

Aww, but there are plenty of tall lolitas! And it really depends on what style you like, in any case. :D I think combat boots could work wonderfully for a kind of eclectic look!

Haha, that's quite a mix, certainly! xD
I dunno about myself, I like a lot of rock/jazz/classical mostly I suppose. :) Yes that's right, jazzzzz~:D It seems a lot of people aren't too fond of it!

Meh That's okay I like being original >.<

SOME Jazz elements are not bad there's a lot of jazz elements in the older classic rock and roll that I like
but I dunno the blues really does make me kinda depressed, and I don't need that XD
Or maybe it just has something to do with the horns...
but I like Ska, so I guess that has horns...
plus alot depends on the artist themselves... some suck no matter what >.<

I guess I can understand that. ;)
Oh ska is good, wait, Madness are ska, right? :D

That's also true, I mostly listen to what they call 'jazz greats' I guess, so I haven't run into too many sucky artists.

yeah if they had the word great in there title I would have some very high expectations ><

wow this got more responses then I would have imagined
She makes most of her own cloths and stuff ( I even saw her on crafters coast to coast >.<) So I bet you she painted the violin herself, I bet it wouldn't be that hard you would just have to be very careful with the instrument

Yeah, Lolita can really look weird, if not ugly, if you are the wrong shade of tan. Although I am pale, I prefer to spend my money on Transformers instead.

Oh don't think that, please! :( Really, it doesn't matter what your skin tone is, I have plenty of friends with dark skin who look beautiful in lolita!

It depends on more than just skin tone. I really want to see black woman dressed up in Geisha gear for shits and giggles.

I can vaguely see where you would make the association. The ribbions and frills, definitely, but that's true and could be said of any Lolita, really... She's sort of pretty though. *tilts head slightly*

Nobody here knows what lolita is. :( But I don't mind, the reactions can be quite amusing!
