it was net ten but i got rid of them. i returned the phone and got a refund but they have kept biling me even tho i quit them!

it wasnt a contract thank god but i looked on my bank staement and i have 55 that they took from me that i didnt autorize! the bank told me that itd be faster to take it up with the company but it was hell just trying to get my refund in the first place. T_T

@ P-chan i droped them cuz i paid for their service and didnt get it, it kept cuttign off and i had to call them all the time to try to fix it which was "turn your phone off and wait 24 hrs" just to find out that didnt work and to call them over again. my bf almost lost his job because they couldnt get incontact with him becuase of it

yeah i was the one that called them for about 2 weeks trying to get it fixed and it was very stressfull and it never got fixed so we 9my bf and i) decided to switch, hes with ATT now and we havent had a problem with them at all

oh and i USED to be calm... im realy fed up with it. T_T like at first i was willing to work with them and they said theyd get it fixed but they never did, ive been having problems with them since last month @[email protected]
