Okay, so it's probably not traditional design. I didn't really know what to call it... I doodle a lot and this is the result. ^^
But I was wondering if I should keep doing this sort of art commercially, (god bless the poor people who'd buy from me haha...) or whether I should move on and learn how to draw properly.
(Basically, I want love~
No one really liked these on deviantart and I feel a bit.. bleh. This is all I'm good at, and I want to be able to call myself an artist and not feel like a phony.)
Uh, so, here you go:
(Lots of teeny details, so it's probably better in full! And sorry about the quality. I hate my camera.)
And this one too.
Sorry about the blobby circles in the design. >M<
Thank you for taking the time! <3

Ho snap!
I looove this kind of art, it looks like Henna art! (was it inspired by?)
Amazing amazing! I love it!
Personally, I'd pay to get that drawn on me. I love tiny details.
It's definitely art. People on Dev. are sometimes brutal snobs.
I unno if you could sell it on an avatar site (though I would buy something like this from you, if I could ever afford it) but it's definitely art.
That must have taken you so much time and patience.

Okay. That was the love I needed. :D
Thank you, you just made my day! x3 <3
Yes, very much so! I went on an internet rake and downloaded tutorials and pictures of mendhi designs and practised my butt off copying the basic designs. Fortunately I'm better when I improvise, so I never copy any of the designs outright. But yeah, I used basic ideas from mendhi designs to start off. :)
Eheh. I guess it's not what people usually expect. I'll use that as my excuse.
Thank you. Again. (And again. 8D)
Actually, not really! The first one took a day or two, and the second one about an hour. When I'm doodling (that is an awesome word but it looks so weird) the time just goes by really fast. But really I did it because I was bored. And my ink pen is awesome to draw with. xD
Thank you! <3<3<3

You're very welcome!
I've always wanted to do this, and have tried, and it's always flopped.
I love doodling too, but mine never get that detailed. Wish I had that sort of patience.
Mendhi designs, eh? I didn't know that's what they were called. But I love them. Baaah. so awesome.

Hm.. I've always found it quite easy, but then I find other, simpler things really hard, so I guess it's just what you're born with. I'm not very patient though, so it must be some other characteristic. xD;
It's all a question of starting out with one point and building up on it. My mom says I'm probably channeling some kind of hidden mental problem into my drawings with all the tiny details. haha. >:|
Hey, you're the third person to say that! It's weird, I thought it was common knowledge, but not many people seem to know the term. When I was eight I did a little project on Indian weddings and therefore mendhi designs, so I guess it's stuck with me since then. ^^;
