The more people post about it, the more chance there is they'll take it seriously... For a long while they were insisting that one of the bugs wasn't a bug at all.

They know about the issue for certain. Hopefully they recognize it as a bug, though, and not an issue with the users...I guess not being motivated enough? lol. I mean if it wasn't a bug it means a very small percentage of saboteurs are hardly doing anything, which we know isn't true. It's just NOT an issue of getting spanners. We only have so little because it's the only device we CAN use and still get seed points with.

I am a garadener on sprocket and it won't let me do anything. however my cule is a saboteur and she is having so much fun messing the machines up!!

I'm not sure what you're referring to there Cricket, but I can assure you that staff is very aware of the machine repair and donation issues and working on a fix.

Also, we know it's a drag and we're very sorry for the wait. =)

You weren't involved in that, Belly. :heart: And at 4:30AM here in England and only awake because I promised I'd help a friend stay up because they're having surgery tomorrow (today now), I don't have enough coherency to dig up links to it.

But there for a while, every time we'd say "Hey, the machines aren't breaking..." the staff would pipe up with "Oh, the saboteurs just aren't doing their jobs~!" Which......./obviously/ isn't the case. One staff member was actively blowing people off and brushing people aside in the FAQ thread.

I'm...a little bit hurt, to be quite honest. I felt very disrespected by that staff member's actions, and it shook my faith in Mene a little bit. I just... I can't leave all my beautiful RP partners here... :/

I am from Team Gasket and I am having the same problem..I fear I won't be able to get any more EIs at this rate..I don't get much seeds... :\

this glitch is starting to piss me off. I have 58 gears that I am unable to use because of it. Well, in that case I guess I'll save up my spanners as well and as soon as the glitch is fixed (if it's fixed) I'm going to go into power hour and spend all 58 of my gears, and my 23 spanners.

It's working for me now :D

I've been able to fix the machine a little bit recently, but it's only ever down by a small portion.

Thanks for the heads-up, Belly. Really only wanted someone to go "oh yup, this is definitely a glitch, not a problem with the players." Cause no where else showed evidence of that. I feel much better now knowing it's getting looked at. :)


...Just noticed...it's fixed, as far as I can tell. Great job guys! :D I'm really impressed how quickly it was resolved. Hopefully it remains like that for the rest of the event. Again, kudos...

Yes, there was a while there that the staff members were maintaining that it wasn't a glitch. It means a lot to us that you took the time to confirm it for us. And now it's fixed, too. :heart: Thank you guys so much! ^_^
