Airship or Starship, what's your fancy?

Starship - it does not have the same kind of limitations of an airship.

Given the choice, it makes more sense to choose the ship that can visit both this world AND countless others.

I love space, but airships are so cool! Just imagine airship pirates. Or the epic beginning of Final Fantasy IV.

I'm definitely all for the airship. I LOVE steampunk.

However, I consider myself to be the type who might be called a "browncoat", which means I'm a huge Firefly/Serenity fan. It's sort of steampunk western mixed with space-travel. And while they have a space ship, it's got the gritty feel of junk metal - which is a favoured ingredient in steampunk designs. :3

Airships! Unless it's the outlaw star! But seriously, in an Airship, you can see the beauty around you a lot better/more comfortable than a spaceship!

Anyone ever see Miyazaki's take on Howl's Moving Castle? The airship at the end was beautiful as it flew over the land. Gives me chills every time.
