Alright, so Sora has to do a paper soon on conflict for conflicts class.
Sora has to pick a conflict and do a presentation on it.

Now, Sora has picked 2 conflicts.
1. Death Note: Justice VS Murder
(basically going over the conflict of who is right and who is wrong, Light or L)
or
2. Hetalia Axis Powers: Should he have made Hetalia?
(in this one, Sora wants to do the conflict of whether the writer of hetalia should have made the show/webcomics/manga/etc. in the first place if he didn't want to get in trouble..........or something of that excalibur XP)

P.S. if you have a better conflict pick for hetalia, please tell! >.<

Sora was more on DN before, but Sora thinks Hetalia would be a more fun project to do.

So which do you think would get Sora a better grade?

I don't know of Hetalia, so I can't comment on that, but I think Death Note would be an interesting topic anyway.

I would go with Death Note, definitely. Hetalia is an awesome series, but it might be a little hard to analyze, seeing as it is just a comedy series at heart. A well-researched, historical-in-joke based comedy series, but a comedy series nonetheless.

Death Note, on the other hand, is serious: and you could easily work in some of the larger debates in the world. The death penalty, for instance. Really, Death Note just has a little more serious discussion value.

death note vs Hetalia. wow. that is like the most painful thing I have had to think about all day. Death Note is one of the best. It's plot and characters are amazing but then again it's hard to beat good old sterotyped counties fighting a really messed up version of WW2. I suppose you would have to ask yourself these questions...

A) what kind of fan service do I prefer (that is Misa to Light or even L to Light) or the love between countrys.?

B) do I feel like thinking and listening to the plot line or do I really feel like no plotted but epic awesomeness.?

C) do I have five minutes or twenty five?

that should tell you what one ou want. :D
