Personality: has a bit of a temper, very sensitive about this "mentally unstable" issue. He's prone to become violent if it's brought up. has a tendency to drink away his problems.

Ow could you please not be so blunt with that let me post my intro first before he starts beating on her... and truthfully it would be much more suiting if we said it was at night so his jugment would be off anyway XD )

(Ow that's fine here I'm cool to start)

Mesy sighed as she walked down the streat staring up at the darkened sky. "Man! Tonight would be perfact for flying... ow well... can't right now" she sighed softly looking ahead though not really paying any attetion as she walked down the nearly empty steat to find herself a hotel to stay for the night. Slowly she had walked past a bar though she wasn't paying any attention what-so-ever her mind being too far off.

Nicholas walked out of the bar. He was plastered. His girlfriend had just left him because she'd found someone that wasn't insane. It ticked him off whenever he thought about it. He looked to the side and spotted the last person he wanted to see. His ex. He clenched his fists and strode towards her swiftly. When he caught up to her, he grabbed her arm, pulled her into an alleyway, and slammed her against the wall. "Why!?!?" he demanded.

(NICE! I like that XD )

Mesy jumped when she was grabbed and tried to pull away. She gasped when her back hit the brick wall she had been unsuspectingly pushed into. "WHAT THE HECK DUDE?! I don't know what the heck you're talking about! Who the heck are you?!" she almost snapped as she looked at the man not letting her fear show on her face or in her form as she stared into his eyes and hers widened when she saw how stoned he was... and she was already on his bad side somehow.

"You know who I am! You're the one that left me for him!!!! Am I not good enough!?!?" Nicholas demanded, forcefully throwing her to the floor. He grabbed a nearby pipe and held it up against her neck to keep her on the ground "you know me well enough to know that I drink away my problems. Did you think that I'd stay home after what you did to me? You really picked the wrong night to come this way" he said menacingly, pushing the pipe onto her, leaning on it. He didn't care if she got hurt. He wanted her to hurt. He wanted her to feel every pit of pain that she caused him.

Mesy gasped when she hit the ground and before she could even try to get up the pipe kept her down. She let out a small cry when the pressure was added to her throat and tried to keep her breathing calm so as to actually be able to breath. This man had gotten drunk and she assumed she looked like someone who had just hurt him. She struggled and squirmed trying to get away fear hitting her repeditively. She managed to get the pipe so she could get out from under it. She quickly staggered to her feet and started to run not seeing that she had just ran deeper in the ally... Though she knew her way around.

(hehehe I am too! For both XD I need the sleep after the day I've had)

Nicholas growled and chased after the woman. The pipe gave his a longer reach, so it wasn't hard for him to swing it around like a baseball bat, hitting her with it. The hurt and the alcohol had blinded him from reality. "Yeah, you just run away, it's not going to save you today" he called after her before the pipe came in contact with the side of her head.

Mesy let out a cry of pain as she felt the cold mettle ram into the side of her skull. She let out another cry as she hit the ground and slid on the pavement slightly since she had still been running when she had been hit. She curled in on herself slightly as tears started streaming down her cheeks. She held her now slightly bleading head as she looked up at the man with her widened eyes. She was terified and knew no one would save her... no one cared if she was to die or get hurt... she had lost everything and with that everyone that ever cared for her.

Nicholas felt a slight pang of regret, but that was quickly drowned out by his pain. He was too drunk to even care. He raised the pipe again and brought it down, beating her to a pulp. "Bet you wished you didn't call me crazy now, huh?" he asked before he delivered the final blow. He was too drunk to notice, though, so he kept beating her.

Mesy screamed and cried out in pain begging him to stop though the pain never did even after her vision was fading into a red mist. Is this what death is? Am I just having one of those dreams? Ow please let that be the case. Her screams cut off ubruptly as pain ingolfed her senses and toyed with her body having it's way with her. Slowly the images of her family showed slowly in her mind though all fading into nothing one by one. Her breaths were leaving and it felt as though there was a great force on her chest pushing her down and numbing her senses. Slowly she sank deaper and deaper into the black whole and didn't understand as she stared up into the fading light. "I guess you got what you wanted... mother..." she whispered her last words as her fighting and struggling stopped along with her breaths... though her heart was still trying to move foward with it's slowing beats that were wearing down on themselves.
(She's actually visible now though she's not aware of anything and she's in that kid like form... how was that?)

Nicholas raised the pipe to strike again but froze mid-strike when he realized that a child was before him. It was as though he'd sobered up with that one realization. The realization that this was a girl he saw because he wasn't human... this wasn't his ex. The pipe fell from his hands, clattering on the ground. What do I do? I just killed the poor girl... but I'm the only one that can see her... he thought to himself as he crashed down to his knees. He stared at his hands in horror. There was some blood on them... her blood. He reached out and brushed his fingertips across her cheek, leaving streaks of blood. He looked around and picked her up. Fast as he could he raced towards his apartment to hide her. As far as he knew... he was the only one that could see her.

Mesy didn't really move as she was picked up or even really seem to realize she had been moved. Her normally soft white or gray eyes were shaded with soft almost pink-red as she was still out of it though her body wasn't hurting so much now... her mind was screaming to her body to wake up and be in her bed... alive... breathing... normal... not cold... not dead... Her mind called to her heart though there was no responce to the request to beat one more time. Her head was lightly leaned on Nicholas's chest and she blinked ever now and again though didn't seem conciouse or lucid.
(hey could we have his nickname be Nick? So we don't always have to write it out?)

((absolutely. I'll probably end up calling him Nick in the end anyway. better now than later))

Nick gently laid the girl on his bed, as thought he was placing his sleeping lover in bed. He sat on the edge of the bed, hunched over. I can't believe I did that... that I allowed myself to do that... she had every right to leave me. I'm a monster, he thought. He didn't know what to do, didn't know where to go. He felt that he should turn himself in and let the police kill him... but no one would be able to see her. Even if he held her out to them, they wouldn't know. She wasn't human. They'd just think he was insane. They might lock him up, though... he really didn't want to be locked up. He wasn't crazy, he knew it... he really hated it when people thought he was. He sighed heavily and laid down next to the girl he'd killed, staring up at the ceiling.

Slowly Mesy snapped out of it and sat up rubbing her eyes like a child would... in this state she pretty much was a child and acted in that way. She started crying slightly though not like she was in pain... more of a childish tired and needing a nap cry. She didn't seem to notice that she was in a new place more or less dead in the least.

Nick's eyes grew large as the girl sat up and began to cry. He stared at her in horror and scrambled away from her, falling off the bed in the process. "What are you!?!" he asked, epically freaked out. He stared at her for a few moments before snapping out of it. Instinct took over and he rushed forward, holding her the way a father would hold his child. "Hey... um... calm down" he said, attempting to soothe her. He was sorrowing over how he'd killed her in his rage, he was also freaked out by the fact that she wasn't actually... dead... or so it appeared.

(How could he be so freaked out if he had brought her home? It's not like he brought the dead body home XD )

Mesy continued to cry slightly though quieted when she felt Nick's arms around her and instinktively leaned into him. It didn't appear she knew she was dead or that he was the one that killed her... though that would change when she was back in her normal age and could remember. She stiffled lightly and curled up slightly looking very tired though wouldn't cry while she was being held... unless she felt that the person was untrust worthy.

((he thought she was dead. he was hiding the body... if that made any sense))

Nick swallowed and held her. He couldn't believe it, this girl was leaning against him for comfort... and she's alive. But he could still see the angry welts from where he'd hit her. The gash in her head was still there. It made him want to scream in agony. He knew that he'd killed her, he'd killed her because in his drunken state, she looked like his ex. And when he was drunk he became violent. He couldn't even believe that he was allowed to live... no wonder his ex left him. He rubbed the girl's back, wincing when he felt the marks that he'd made. "What... what's your name?" he asked carefully.

(Wait... the real body had been laying on the bed or her spirit? Cause you said he picked up the little girl? The little girl was her spirit form while her battered body had been laying on the ground... though she would have the scares just not as deep as they were on her dead body...)

((ohh... hmm... ^-^'' yeah i was a bit confused... um... well we could've had it that he took her physical body and the spirit came along for a ride...? does that work?))

(Hm... I guess... really I think it would have been fine for him to just leave her there since she has like no id and in that city no one knew her and there were no records of her so... yeah him taking the little girl makes allot more sense to me XD )

((I basically took her because i knew they were going to be together later... and of course this is an rp so of course they'll magically meet each other... but I kinda liked him freaking out and angsting over the fact that he killed her and such))

(Okay read the bolded... you made it appear that the only one he had touched was the little girl and that he had picked her up because no one else would see her... so it would make sense that she was the one he had taken to the apparent...)

((^-^'' yeah, that was what I thought, but then I got confused and thought that the body and spirit were seperate or something... I thought that when she died, her body litterally changed to the child form, that's when he realized what happened, because he saw her change. ...does that make sense?? sorry I"m causing so much trouble T.T))
