"I love the night its peaceful it helps me clear my head." she stated as she looked at her and laid on the couch "What were you doing there?"

"I was out finishing some errands." Cardea gestured to the books she had unloaded from the pockets of her jacket earlier in the evening. "To be more specific, I was buying books." She took a sip from her cup of tea and smiled to herself. "Back to the point - what are we going to do about you?" Cardea quietly drank her tea while she thought about the matter.

"I always thought the guest bedroom would be useless but it seems that you could take it for the day," she said to Violate. "It's not that I'm trying to chase you off or anything, but it's not safe to be around while I'm sleeping. You see vampires have a way of sensing danger and.. I'd rather not strangle you in my sleep if you should go poking around the coffin. You're far too pretty to die this soon."

(( I was thinking we could do a time skip to the next evening since Cardea and Violate would both need to sleep during the day. Then Cardea would be able to escort Violate home or to wherever she wants to go. ))

Violate blushed when she herd her call her pretty. " I will not do that I will stay in the guest bedroom I promise" She stated as she looked at her " WOuld you really ......kill me ?" She asked a bit in fear

Cardea grinned mischeviously. "Life suddenly becomes a lot more dangerous when you become friends with a vampire, Violate." She wondered if she should add anything about ghouls into the conversation but decided against it. It suddenly occured to her that Violate might actually be afraid and she gave Violate what she hoped was a reassuring smile. "I wouldn't intentionally hurt you but it's still a risk. In fact.."

She leaned over and whispered in a conspirational tone, "That's why we don't normally let mortal lovers sleep in the coffin with us - they have a tendency to need to use the restroom in the middle of the night and you can't just slip in and out of a coffin that easily without alarming the vampire within." She didn't add in that it was nearly impossible for a human to move the lid on the casket anyways.

Violate felt as if she could not breath for a moment * why did she whisper lovers......* She decided that it was not best to think about it anymore. She looked at her as she whispered that * does that have a double meaning ?* She wondered " Okay so umm where is the guest bedroom ?" She asked as her face turned red

"Here, let me show you."

Cardea placed her tea cup on the tray and gently took Violate's cup from her to set on the tray as well before grabbing the other woman by the hand and easily pulling her to her feet. Still holding Violate's hand within her own Cardea lead the way to the guest bedroom and opened the door into a beautifully decoated room. "This is where you can stay for the day. I hope you find it appealing." Her gaze lingered on the other woman's face for a moment longer than was really necessary and she found her breathing had quickened from the excitement of holding Violate's hand.

Violate's eyes lit up " Wow this room is beautiful...." She stated as she looked at the beautiful bed. She felt Cardea hold her hand it was firm yet gentle she felt safe in her hands....she liked it and part of her did not want to let go. * Why do I feel this way.....why?*

Suddenly Cardea realized she was still holding Violate's hand! Embarrassed and blushing she quickly let go of Violate's hand and stammered out an apology, "I-I'm sorry about that. I didn't realize.." For the first time this evening Cardea seemed flustered and not entirely in control of the situation. She smiled, nervously, wondering if Violate would be upset with her over the matter.

" Thats okay " Violate smiled " Ummm do you have a night gown I can change into if you do not mind?" Violate had a beautifuly shaped body and she was tall she was like a Victoria secret model.

Having totally spaced the matter of night clothing Cardea look completely dumbfounded for a moment. "Oh! Why, yes! Yes, there is a nightgown - there should be several of them in the wardrobe over there." She pointed to the wardrobe, the large, free standing closet. "I, uh, should probably be going if you're going to be changing.."
