So how neat is it?
Was your handwriting always that neat or did it take time?
If so How long? Any good tips on how to improve your handwriting?
What type of pen do you think is easier to write with and makes your handwriting look neater?
Personally mine looks really messing and untidy,unless i write slow but that takes forever and i hardly write anything,i normally write in Biro.The ink never gets on my hands with those ones ^^

One of my high school English teachers told me I cold not hand in anything hand written because she could not read my writing. That pretty much sums up how good or bad my writing is. XD

I don't personally think my handwriting is very neat, but I've never had anyone tell me they couldn't read it. That's good enough for me. xD
But since I'm not in school, I very rarely have to write more than a few words or a sentance or two at work, so it's definitely not getting any better. xD

My handwriting can be neat or messy. When I'm just writing, it's extremely messy because I tend to lead the previous letter into the next one blending it all together. When I need to write neatly, I try to write in a mix of capital letters. That way I'm forced to lift my pen often, and though it's incorrect, it's much more legible ^^

My handwriting is alright I suppose :3. I mean, it's legible, but I'll just say my drawings are much better than my handwriting :U

My hand writing is pretty messy, I can't even read my own hand writing sometimes. I've tried to write neat, I just can't. I guess I have naturally messy hand writing?

It's not neat at all...it's sort of got this way of slanting to the right.

I don't have the best handwriting, but it's legible. Only bad thing is that I've got a bad habit of writing really, really quickly which makes it sloppy. Like during time essay tests and such. It's readable when I do that, but there are hardly any spaces in it, heh.
It was horrible until about 5th grade, though. Then I started messing with calligraphy a bit, and decided bad handwriting wasn't gonna fly.

My handwriting isnt that great...but then again, I dont need to write out much, and when I do, is only application forms, or copying a recipe down into my not book. So, most of the time, nobody needs to see what I write, and I make sure that its neat for when I apply for a job.

My handwriting in cursive is very neat and tiny, even at its "messiest" when I'm hurrying. It's just always been that way, since the second grade when I learned cursive. My printing is kind of bad in comparison, though. It's also pretty small, and it's legible and all, but I tend to space my letters out strangely if I don't think about it.

My favorite pens for everyday use are Bic Ultra Rounds, because they have a tiny bit of a soft grip (I hold writing implements quite tightly) and the ink is super smooth. For fancier things I use Sarasa colored gel pens or Staedtler ultrafines. The latter always manage to look sweeping and elegant on greeting cards. The only trouble with these fancier pens is that their ink can smudge if I write on a more glossy surface--like the greeting cards. For shiny cards, I stick to Bic. XD

My hand writing is TERRIBLE.

But I have a diagnosis to blame.
Apparently I suffer from dysgraphia. :lol:

If I take my time with it (as I like to) then I try to make it all fancy-like and legible. However, if I'm rushed or it's my signature... it tends to be messy and weird. Bleh.

@Toxi: Ah, well I'm studying higher english at school, so I'm pretty decent at remembering full stops and punctuation and grammar and shizz. Well, I'm aiming for an A so we gotta hope xD

If I'm rushed my writing goes even more...wiggly D;

It's a bit of an uneven example in that pic though, because I was leaning on my lap. :sweat:
It's more uniform and less all over the place if I'm leaning on a table or desk, but you get the general idea.

Oh, and I find it much easier to write in fountain pen. I tend to write very quickly, and with fountain pens you don't have to press very hard at all, so I don't get cramp in my hand as much as I do with other pens.

I write and type a lot so I'm used to it. I type just how I would write, so I usually use punctuation and things in my posts.

@Cherish: I love your writing <3

My handwriting is really weird. It looks neat but at the same time it looks sloppy. :/ I'd have to say I do better in cursive.

My writing is all over the place. If I'm just writing something down fast for myself and no one else, I am the only one who really knows what it says. If I am writing something that someone else has to read, I do a much better job, but it is sort of average. I can "draw" text too if need be; I can make my handwriting look how I want it, but it takes a long time.

Depends on how lazy I am. 8D
Some days it looks like handwriting descended from a god.
Other days it looks like I was writing with my nose. :l

I've stopped doing handwriting by the time I started Jr. High. Didn't like doing it. Too cramping. So I'm thinking it's pretty bad. I prefer printing or typing. Mostly typing as I type much faster than I do with writing on paper now. Handwriting on the other hand is like waiting for a bus during dusk hours. Very slow. Yet neat, too. The only thing I have to worry about in the case of handwriting is my signature. That's all I care about. Everything else can be in printing.
