I had a great Friday <3 Though the day started out rocky with a lot of hectic last minute work to do, everything smoothened out and went well. Had a Mandarin exam today (am Chinese but am not able to speak Chinese!) and I have a feeling it went quite well. So it was the last class for my Chinese lessons at work. Hope I can still practice it with my clients and I also hope they will not laugh at my accent :P

Clear: We have to speak Mandarin at work most of the time I think because most of our clients are Chinese speaking so its already hard as it is for me to be not being able to speak Chinese. They call me a 'Banana' because I'm yellow skinned but white on the inside! LOL!

And its nice that its cold there! Its just way too hot here being a tropical country and all. I wish we had snow here...

@Pancake- I kinda miss the winter because last winter wasn't really "winter"; there was barely any snow on the ground :C Hopefully this winter would be a bit more normal than last year xD I was born in the Philippines but I moved to Canada when I was small~ Hurrhurr a banana xD

EDIT; I'm getting really sleepy so I think I'm gonna go rest~

Clear: Canada seems like a really snowy place. Or at least I always imagined it to be. Really quite the opposite from a tropical place like the Phillipines :) I actually live pretty near your homeland. I'm from Malaysia so every Christmas here is just rainy and hot wish no expectations of snow! LOL! The closest thing we get to snow is the spray can kind that we use for the frosting for our plastic Christmas trees!

Sakubo: your avatar looks pretty regal. I love the flowers in the avatar's hair! And LOL, seems like we arent talking about anything in particular. Just replying to whatever we last said.

@Pancake- Canada experiences all 4 seasons :> I kinda want to go back to the Philippines sometimes because that's where most of my family lives, and apparently "it's more fun". I can't wait for Christmas :D

I can attest to the whole Canada has 4 seasons, being from Canada myself (even though we don't always get all four where I live). And it's surprising how many people think that Canada is actually a very cold and snowy place. My dad used to work in the airport, and people would show up in parkas, in the middle of summer, asking where the snow was.

Pretty good, but I'm dead tired. I had some friends stay over last night because it was too late for them to catch the bus home when we actually looked at the clock, and we wound up staying up till at least 5am. It was not fun. Well, ok, it was, until I crashed and fell asleep on the floor.
