I've been good - getting ready for college August 22nd <3
Been talking to some people in my school, buying dorm stuff, buying clothes, etc.~
I've also been drawing, as you know, and working with water colors <3

Wow, college for you starts much earlier than it does for me! My next quarter of college doesn't start until the end of september.
Ooh~ Water colors. 8D That reminds me that I have water colors and oil paints to experiment with~ >w< *starts rummaging around in her closet for them*

I've been doing pretty good. ^^ It's been waaaaay too hot during the day, and we only have air conditioning in one room of the house, which isn't mine. x.x So I've been staying up all night and doing my best to try and sleep through the heat.
But besides that I'm really happy over the anime convention I went to. >w< I made $51 dollars, and I have two more commissions that I've yet to be paid for, which is awesome~ I got commissions! :heart: I went to the same convention last year and I only made $15 dollars. D: All of which got spent on buying art from the girl next to me. xP

Hey, Cat. The art you did for me was beautiful. I can't wait for you to open your slots again. I have another piece I would like you to do unless you can recommend another artist. Btw, did you get the gold I sent you for the pieces??

As the people mentioned above, you have made a good deal of progress with your art. Do you remember doing a piece for me a while back? It was of Hasuka, who I was whoring art of at the time.

It's when you put [mention ] [/ mention] tags around a complete user name~
So, to ping me you would write [mention ]Emma Corrin[/ mention] -- without the spaces of course :3
It sends the person a PM with a link to your post telling them that you're "talking about them" -- it's basically just a way to get their attention if you don't think they'll see your post/if you don't think they are subscribed to the thread :3

It's another one of the features they took from facebook and incorporated into the Mene site ;)

I don't know much about facebook either. xD; So it's no wonder I didn't know! >w<;

Another thing they took from facebook is the chat bar on the bottom of your screen :3
You can minimize it/log off if you want -- it's basically instant messaging in your browser with anyone on your friends list if they're online :)
You'll also get notifications of PMs and such if the people are on your friends list :3
