Aoi, my best friend has a neighbor like that. She shuffles to the door and frowns at us whenever we so much as talk in normal voices too late at night.

"Too late" being round about 8pm.

And never mind having the radio on in the car as we pull up.

ooh, my neighbor doesn't do that exactly. She gives me and my brother random gifts but like...sometimes I can hear her yelling at people that aren't there, calling them spies and stuff >.>
