WELCOME,
This is Winter's High, an elite school for the highly intellegent. We are very proud to welcome you an invitation, you have shown greats gifts in the academics. Here are some things you should know, and possibly watch out for. Also be noted of the sign up form at the bottom if you are intrested in joining us. Another note is the inclusion of certain rumors and stories you will often hear. Whether they're real of not is up to you, but either way watch your back.


RULES

• Follow all Menewsha rules, including keeping it PG-13
• Do NOT disrespect or disregard anyone in the roleplay, it's a fair roleplay and noone has a higher rank then anyone else
• This is a very literate roleplay so I expect full sentences, paragraphs, and words. (This means no txt spk)
• I am goddess of this roleplay, what I say goes no ands, ifs, ors, or buts.
• Try to keep atleast one paragraph for your posts, I understand occasional writer's block but try to keep short posts to a minimum.
• Always leave room for others to join in, this is an always accepting roleplay so new students and teachers will need room to catch up to the rest of us.
• Classes are a scheduled ordeal, meaning that there will be a time skip if things get to slow so you can go to "class".
• No killing others, unless you are a ghost with both the victim's and my permission.
• If you want to be a ghost you have one option, be killed by one of the current ghosts, you can choose a specific ghost or tell me and I'll pick by random.
• The creating of a ghost from profile is completely unallowed, unless I decide I need more in this case I will ask for one or more.
• The six starting ghosts are NOT the main characters so if I choose you for one do not get a big head and go killing off everyone and everything in sight, neither should you change the way that they mainly act, you may also need to create a new profile.
• If you want to be one of the six ghosts you can ask and you can hint but the choice is ultimately up to me and I may take time to choose so if someone gets a ghost and you don't there are eight slots so don't get mad, I will choose on a scale of things that you must be able to do, some things are regular posting, literacy, and creativity, so those who want to be chosen whether you tell me or not may want to keep this in mind
• If you are going to be gone for over three days please tell me if you don't I will give you warning on day three and I will I put you on the grey list if you don't reply in three more day after the ninth day if I don't have a reply your characters will be deleted, this is because if you quite it will cause dead weight on the roleplay, I will not however delete your whole profile just in case you had a good reason for the disappearance later on so you most likely won't have to worry about making a new one, if you are a ghost though you will either be replaced or killed off for good.

STORIES...

There is a specific story around the school that suggests there are six ghosts in the school. All are friendly and all are from the same time so it's thought that they are from a shooting a few years back that killed eight students, although the identity of these ghosts are unknown. Recent things have said that the ghosts have become hostile recently though, but noone knows the reason. It may be because of the return of the one who shot them in the form or a decendant and it may just be natural causes along with other suggestions toward the odd behavior.

The First Ghost



Found in room 792 this young blonde is often found staring out the window from the third seat back in the fifth row, farthest from the door. She is cosidered a friendly ghost but sudden stories have come up of people seeing a her recently with a knife held in her left hand, one has said she tried to attack him when he drew closer to see if his eyes were correct.

The Second Ghost



Similar to the ghost girl this young male is often found in a classroom, but not a specific one, staring at the board intently. So will even go to say that they've answered questions they never even knew because of a calm voice that whispered to them. Recently people have found him near the library opening an closing book, although he's only been spotted once doing it.

The Third/Fourth Ghost



These two are often found together, speaking and smiling. Although they aren't considered ghosts there is no proof that they are real. People often see them talking with the girl either staring at him or turning from him, most take the time to leave them alone in their quarrels. They are found on the far side bench of the eastern courtyard. One person has said that they have seen them stare straight at him and beckon for him to head their direction, he did not out of fear.

The Fifth Ghost



Found in the music room this young freshman girl has only been spotted once, but her presence is always known. When a song is play by the excellent band or orchestra there is always a faint violin in the background of the song, perfect balance and harmony to whatever's playing. Many visitors have asked who the beautiful violinist is that plays so perfectly is, teachers can never answer the question head on.

The Sixth Ghost



Found in the chorus room the sophmore boy has been spotted singing anything he can. When the chorus is singing he sings with them, when they aren't he will sing anything from a soft love song to a great alternative song to rap even. He does not sing during performances but afterwards his voice will ring throughout the entire room for hours.

It all began... when my mother gave birth to me, alone.. My father left her once he found out she was having a baby It's truly cruel but my mother happily raised me. Although, she was quite protective... and was never strict either.
How I got into this school you say? I got in, through motivation for making my mother proud, During elementary,middle, and part of high school school.. I was the top student for each class, ..Though at first glance I may not look like it. Soon after, my sophomore year I received this letter and here I am.
Oh one more thing... I'm very,very curious, and I know how to cook/bake. I love making friends and i play the violin.

It all began... I had pretty much a normal life: had to loving parents, lived in a nice house and was consistently showed up by my siblings. I have two older brothers who are certified geniuses while I only have an "above average" IQ and they were accepted into the school at a much younger age than she was. But she worked harder at things than her brothers and because she had to work for what she wanted she in turn became stronger than her brothers. Overtime she excelled in her classes and rose to the top of her class and then got my letter near the end of my sophomore year. I had finally made it and I was going to make the most of it, nothing and no one will get in my way.
Oh one more thing... I have a problem with trying to solve other people's problems. If there is any mystery in my life I will do whatever I can to discover the truth.

Kate was nervous, but she was more then that, she was nearly on the urge of a panic attack. Even though she knew she was smart, she didn't think that she was good enough for this school. What if she had just barely made the cut and she was actually the dumbest student here? It made her stomach flip inside her and she thought that she was going to be sick. But still she held her head high as she walked through the front doors of the school building. She had gotten this far, perhaps if she pushed herself hard enough then she could make it to the top of her class, but she would have to work harder than she ever had before.
She walked around the school and she suddenly realized that she had no idea where she was going. There was no one else to help her, she was all alone in the silent hallways. Suddenly she felt worried and also a bit dumb for not bothering to ask anyone where to go before she got there. Looking over her letter she tried to find some hint as she wondered the halls.
Then she looked into one of the class rooms and saw a girl sitting next to a window peering out at the scenery. Finally, someone I can ask for directions...Kate thought as she slowly walked into the class room. She was a cute little blonde girl but she looked rather depressed as she rested her face against her hand.
Then as Kate drew closer to her she noticed that something was not right about this girl and she seemed almost translucent. This is not a person at all!Kate thought as she slowly back away but when she saw briefly the knife that the girl held in her hands, Kate swerved around and began to run quickly down the hall. She had to get out of here, this place was too much for her.
