"I can already see the ending!"

I have been watching this on CrunchyRoll and I have to say this is the only anime this season I was interested in enough to follow as it was uploaded. I was wondering if anyone else on here knows about the show and/or likes it or the manga.


The basic outline involves Keima Katsuragi, known as the unbeaten "Capturing God" on the internet, able to capture and win any girl in a dating sim. However, in the real world, his love life is non-existent, mostly because he HATES real girls.

When he receives a mysterious e-mail asking if he can really capture any girl he inadvertently enters a contract with the young demon Elsie. If the contract is broken, they both die.

What is the contract? Numerous lost souls have escaped from the underworld and hidden inside of girls, and it is his job to fill the gaps in their hearts and remove the lost souls and free the girls. This usually involves making them fall in love with him. ((Though luckily for him they forget the "conquest" once the lost soul leaves.))


Personally, I think this show is AMAZING. I have yet to read the manga, but I WILL. The story is simple but good, the romance is short but sweet and surprisingly real seeming. And... Keima is hot... *swoons*

Oh, before I forget, those wondering why the lost souls inhabit the girls, I heard that in the manga it is explained that the lost souls would be the girl's first born child, but I am not sure. It is not explained in the anime to my knowledge.

I actually followed it until episode 4 I guess?... Or 3 xD. Anyways, when that super star comes to the school and I suppose she's the one he has to make her fall in love with him.. if you understand.. anyways, I didn't watch that whole episode.
It seemed pretty nice at first, a little off my style but bearable. The characters have too exaggerated personalities, but more like superficial if I think about it x_x. The idea is not so great, and the fact that the girls that fall in love are so many it's not too appealing to me. The graphic is dull, nothing special about it, and the sound boring too. And at that episode I dropped it because I couldn't stand the shallow meaning of this anime anymore.
But, watching it for so little time, I'm not really sure that my opinion is reliable lol. I'm sure that the story unfolds somehow, and it's rated pretty high too.
But not really my style ^^'.
