Does anyone like Elfen Lied? I love the anime but I heard that the manga is better.

I looove the anime, never read the manga. :)
It's absolutely amazing. :) I also think it hold the record for most deaths in the first few minutes of an anime or something. xDD

Lucy always made me cry.

I honestly think it was the story that held me on to it. I normally can't stand gory stuff. I even used the anime as part of my senior research project! I also used one of the violent scenes in the presentation part as well. I worked on that project night and day... it was my passion, haha.

I haven't read the manga but i watched the anime online and on CN. The uncut version i saw on line was darker then what was shown on Adult Swim.

I actually just stared the manga yesterday... it's pretty cute so far. I'm enjoying it... I haven't watched the anime yet.

I love it both!! I have read part of the manga planing on reading the rest and I have seen all the anime and the OVA and I love it!!!! <33 Lucy is so awesome!!!

Yus! In my opinion, I think that the manga is much better than the anime. The anime just didn't seem complete to me. And it cuts out a lot of the stuff that happened in the manga. It's really got a lot of graphic violence and some sexual reference. It's something that I wouldn't let a little kid read. But nevertheless, it is an amazing series. Elfen Lied happens to be my favorite manga.:)

I haven't read the manga, as I don't read manga in general, but I love the anime. I'm definitely one for gore when it comes to anime, so this was definitely an enjoyable anime for me. (:
