Finx had the servants preparing a large supper for her guest as she paced in the throne room pausing only when she realized kya was off doing something again. She was always running away from her princess duties if she didn't stop this soon finx would be forced to have her married to the first prince she found.

Kya snuck down the hallways to the humans room and slowly entered. "What up." She said looking over his body into his face with a smile..

Faolan sighed, enjoying the bath. She waited a few more minutes, before getting out. She positioned herself onto the toilet, and grabbed a towel from behind her. She started drying off her arms, then went for her tail. She squinted, but kept her eyes open enough to see, as her body took its transformation. She watched, now wide-eyed, as her scales seemed to sink into her flesh. She had never watched the transformation before, and it shocked her. She shook her head, knowing it was normal, for her at least. She pushed herself off of the toilet and walked out into the open room, that was temporarily hers. She walked over to the door that lead out into the hall, and examined the outside after opening the door. She recalled that Sel's room was three doors to her left, on the opposite side of the wall.

She headed over that way. When she got to the door, she heard voices. She paused, listening in.

Sel opened his eyes to look at Kya and got up rather calmly. "Oh, nothing much. Just waiting for the Queen's decision on what to do with me." he said shrugging. "I wonder if the rest of my family will come here though, their just as adventurous as me really." he added shrugging. "So, What up to you." Sel finished mustering a smile.

Finx stared at him and sighed. "You're family will get mom even more mad. Me I'm ok i guess being a princess is boring so I like to do other stuff makes mom upset though."

"Yeah, they probably would.. Maybe start a fight, no clue really." He said in an unworried tone before shuddering a little. "and by making your mother upset I guess its by making moves like that kiss." He said with a nervous laugh.

"Of course it was totally worth giving a cute guy a kiss." She said with a bright smile.

Sel flinched a bit after hearing that. "Well I don't know about that now." Sel responded while scratching the back of his head.

'Of course you're cute. Cutter then most eligible boy around here." Finx said looking discusted and shook her head. "i want to meet someone i can fall in love with not barf on ever time i see them."

[[sorry about being slow, been busier than usually lately...]]

"Huh, I wouldn't think most of the guys are that bad." Sel replied. "A few of the guys who looks my age weren't that bad looking. Heck some looks better looking than me." he explained with a little nervous sweat.

"You're the only good looking guy i've seen of course we don't get many outsiders her most how made it this far in the past were killed most we're killed as soon as a toe was set in our side mother was very wary back then." Finx said and flopped down into a chair that looked like a small tree.

Faolan continued to listen in on their conversation. She slightly wondered if Kya was aware of her being outside of the door. Sometime during their conversation she had leaned against the wall, with her head hanging relatively low. Her wings drooped behind her. She knew if someone were to see her now, she wouldn't look happy. She liked Sel, she knew that. She wasn't an idiot. In the small time they had to meet eachother, she grew fond of the human already and noticed a liking developing. She smiled slightly at the thought, but then it disappeared just as quickly as it had come.

Perhaps I should leave. He may already like her. It'd be pathetic to remain out here.

Sel flinched a little when Kya mentioned other humans being killed on sight. "R-Really? Guess I was lucky then.." he said with a sheepish laugh. "And in terms of looking good, I'm still rather convinced some of the other guys who live here are better looking." He explained with a small chuckle. "Besides, I think your Mom--... The Queen would blow a major fuse if you went after me." Sell added.

Faolan, having taken a step away from the wall, paused when she heard what Sel had said. He wasn't accepting her? Is it because he isn't interested... Or because he's only worried about his life? She pondered this and accidentally kicked the door with her heel when she tried to back against the wall. She tensed, and looked at the door, waiting for someone to show.

Finx frowned at the door then smiled. "Come in dear." She said to the person outside the door. "And don't pretend you're not there either."

Faolan blushed when (I thought it was Kya talking with Sel, not Finx. You're mixing up your characters again. XD Just so you know.)) Kya called to her. She placed her right hand on the door knob, then slowly opened the door, stepping in with a slight blush on her cheeks. "Um, Hello. It's nice to see you again, Sel, Kya."She bowed slightly in the presence of the Princess, then stood up straight. She was debating on explaining to Sel about the transformation, since he wasn't aware who she really was.

Kya smiled "evsdropping isn't very nice." She slid from the bed and hugged her "i like you whats you're names again" looking at both of them.

Faolan looked down, ashamed. "I'm sorry." She murmered. She blinked when she felt arms wrap around her. "I... Thank you. My name is Faolan. That is Sel." She looked at Sel, expecting him to be confused.

Sel was indeed a little confused. His mermaid friend was a fairy as well? Was that even possible? As other questioned like these rushed through his head he just responded. "Yep, I'm Sel."

"We're all the race of the fae in this forset." Kya said and jumped towards the door. "It will be fairy ball soon a day of great dancing and fun I hope you can get out of here before that mess." She went skipping away humming as she left a servant come and told them they we're to dine with the queen.

Faolan watched as Kya left after announcing that the Fairy Ball was approaching. She glanced over at Sel and moved over to the bed in which he was sitting on. She sat next to him, but still with some distance in between. "I'm sorry." She said suddenly. "I should have tried to tell you that I was also part Fairy. My original form is certainly a mermaid, that was how I was born. My parents discovered that I turn into a Fairy when my scales dry off. Since then, they didn't enjoy letting me leave the water. However, there is a cave under the water that leads to a type of surface. No one can get to it unless you can cold your breath for a long time." She exhaled slowly after having admitted to her greatest secret.
