My most hated scene in an anime called Gankutsuou was:
SPOILERX
In Gankutsuou I hated when Francis died defending Albert D: It was so sad it made me cry even though I was expecting it.
AND in the Death Note Manga:
SPOILERX
I hated Near. Annoying little things that guy. :/ I hated that L died (which I why I LOVE the movie ending) I also hated how Light acted in the end O__o He went nuts!
Code Geass : I really hated any of the het or implied het scenes xD Also the episode about Kalen and her mom's relationship kinda made me want to smack her across the face :/ And Nina, with her stupid 'scene'. She was a dumb character, her attraction to Euphemia was completely unfounded, and she was the last character on the show that deserved a 'scene'. (Everyone who has watched R1 knows what I'm talking about).
and three moments when I hated Lelouch:
SPOILERX
-"Then why don't you comfort me, Kalen? That's something girls are supposed to be good at."
-Hurting C2 when he lost his temper.
-How he treated Rolo. He should have made sure he survived :( I liked him better than Nunally anyway.
Strawberry Panic:
SPOILERX
That part when Nana or Yaya or whatever her name is confesses to Hikari and then kisses her. >:T Noooooo, she's AMANE'S >TTTTTTT
I'm just saying this in general, but I hate it most when your favourite character dies, or you find out a bad guy is a good guy and he dies. All so depressing *tear*.
Either when Bernadotte gets killed by Zorin. Or when Walter turns against Hellsing to prove that he is better than Alucard, even though he is only a mortal human.
@cumquadparamour I agree, all those things were stupid. Two of the times I thought were stupid was
SPOILERX
When lelouch claims that he used everyone and didn't care about them or their lives. And when Rolo kills Shirley. That annoyed me to no end.

I don't get the hate for death scenes. Even if it's a favorite character who dies, the death scenes are often so awesome that I'm happy they died in a way that only adds awesomeness to them, for example (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann spoilers)
SPOILERX
Kamina and Kittan
oh my god, did these guys go out with a bang. The anime wouldn't be the same if they lives, which can't really be said about
SPOILERX
Nia
I think the ending could do without this death but then again, I'm not sure. I liked the bittersweetness of it.
I hate it when Ace died while protecting Luffy from Akainu, not that I don't want Ace not protecting Luffy but I don't want him to die and leaving his brother alone...
My most hated anime scene was in an anime called (Don't remember exactly but I think It's called this or something to that affect) Angelique.
SPOILERX
I loved the anime and I was watching it with my little sister and on the last episode I lost it. I was ranting on and on about how this girl, even though everyone knew it was going to happen, just goes off to pray for her planet to never return. I wanted to choke someone when I saw everyone saying "Oh, I'll find you someday" or "We'll meet again on day" or "I'll never stop thinking about you" You'd think after getting you all attached to the characters they'd meet again some day. What really blew me was when I realized she would be praying in space for thousands of years, so even if she was to come and see her friends again, They'd already be dead! Gosh of all animes, that needed an alternate ending.
I don't know, maybe I'm just being overdramatic but I think I was only ten when I watched it, but I still hate that ending. *sigh*
