He smiled a bit as well. "If you ever come to my house my mum will make us some." he told him. He knew she would. Especially if he had a friend over. She always made something special when he did.

He thought about that. "That sound wonderful!!! My dad would probably just take us out if you came over. He sucks at cooking." He laughed at the thought of his dad's last attempt to cook. It was just him and dad, no mom. "We really should spend time together outside of school."

"My dad stayed in London. His job couldn't let him just leave for a year or more." He said. He hasn't been here long and he already missed him. He nodded to that. "Alright. That sounds great. Maybe you could show me around town sometime." he said.

He was rather sad to year that his new friends dad wasn't here. "I'm so sorry. I know how that must feel." he really missed his mom. She lived in California and he only went to see her during summer break. Even then she was so busy that they didn't get to spend a lot of time together. "Yeah, I could show you around town. We might could go to the mall sometime too."

"We're going to go home on holidays, so I can spend time with him then." he said. It was something he was looking forward to. He smiled at the next thing said. "That would be great. I want to experience everything America has to offer." he told him. He was a bit excited to see this country and how it differed from back home.

Shadow looked as if he was thinking something over. "I'm not sure America has as much to offer as people think. Many of the people are rude and they shove and push. It's even worse her in New York were it's really crowded." he offered the young man a smile. "But there are good people too. Plus shopping is kind of fun sometimes. You can get lots of new stuff." he wondered if Tristyn would like it here. He wasn't sure what England was like, but it was probably a hell of a lot different from here. It could be hard to adjust to knew places. Shadow remembered the time he had to live in Germany because his dad was in the military and was stationed there. He had really missed home,

"People are rude no matter where it is in the world they live. That's what happens when there are large crowds." Tristyn said, a small smile on his face. "I've always enjoyed going shopping with my friends. Whether we buy anything or not." he said. Sometimes him and his friends just liked to mess around and bother people. Not to badly, of course. They didn't do anything that would get them in trouble. But still, it was a lot of fun. Thinking about his friends sent a wave of homesickness through him, but he pushed it down.

He also smiled. "I guess you're right. People are going to be rude no matter where you live. "So, were would you like to go shopping anyway. Well, I mean, I don't know of you know Amy American stores, but what kind of stuff do you like? We have a few really cool places we can stop by in the mall, but it just depends on what you like really."

He thought about it. "Any place would be fine. Wherever you think the best shops are." he said. It really didn't matter to him where they went, just as long as he got to spend time with his new friend. That was all that really mattered right now.

He nodded. "Alright, I know a few cool places to go." he smiled. "Think we should get a bite to eat first? We can stop at this really great Chinese place. They have awesome teriyaki chicken."

He smiled. "Alright. That sounds good to me." he told him. Now he couldn't wait for them to go. But, unfortunately, they still had to go through the school day. He was so bored just sitting in here. He wanted to get up and get going and have some fun.

He saw The boredom in his new friends face. "You wanna skip?" he whispered. "I drive to school,'so we cam just go if you want to. This place is boring as hell, I know."

He thought about it. He'd never skipped class before, but he also wanted to spend time with his fried. So, he nodded slightly. "Alright. Let's god." He said.
