Bio: Living with the Lisander Clan, life was always hectic- they often travelled under the principle that it was the best way to remain free. At the birth of his younger brother, the clan settled down beside the volcano they currently reside near. It’d been long since a baby had been successfully delivered, and longer still since they’d seen anything but fire elementals and the occasional earth; it was taken as a sign to stop practicing the dangerous ways of fire and settle down for a more solid existence, when an ice elemental was born. Aden spent much of his childhood studying various topics, from reading to hunting to harnessing his element. He was always under the watchful eye of his old instructor, a respected and well known man among the Lisanders. It was always clear that he would be his father’s successor, as he’d always been the calmer of the brothers and had certainly been the better student.
Fears: Minor- being viewed as lesser or equal to his brother, waterfalls
Major- abandonment, losing those he cares for/is responsible for, complete failure, visibly showing emotion (esp. empathy/sympathy)

Bio: Calder was the younger of the two royal Lisander Clan brothers. Despite this, he was never lost in the background. Simply being so opposite had always raised eyebrows (some even claimed Calder was not truly part of the Lisanders. Though, because they really had no idea how element passing worked, it was never proven). Because of occasional attacks, Calder found himself spending most of his time indoors and often alone, entertaining himself with that wild imagination. When he was out and about, he was always under the protection of Aden, who’d always been a tad on the protective side. Calder’s elemental skill had always been on the weak side. In fact, only recently has he seen a sudden spurt of improvement. Calder only came along to cause his big brother trouble, and because being left behind meant time spent open to attacks or locked away in his quarters.
Fears: Minor- races that differ greatly from humans, vampires, demons, elves, ect.
Major- complete rejection, abandonment

'n' roleplaying has taught me a lot of the proper terms for different sexualities.

I had asked a friend what pansexuality was because I didn't know what it meant. XD though it was around last year, or maybe 2010, when I had asked. Lol.

Haha, I know that feeling, I'm always afraid no one will like my characters or something.

My Dhampir is technically pansexual, but I generally use the term bisexual because it confuses others less.

I got educated about pansexuality at university by some friends, then asked Kage to clear it up for me to make sure I remembered right. lol

Bio: Jacky is the oldest daughter of the Flock Father, and the least interested in taking over. Therefore when her dad got an invitation, he forced her to attend. She would rather play party than the heir of the roost.

*basically she goes out and avenges other Rusalka to free their spirits when they desire to move on.

Bio: She does not remember her death or how it happened, only that she was with her little sister Onoria at the time and that Onoria died in her arms. She wondered by the river side for months until the English clan of Rusalka found her and took her in. She quickly discovered she was more in control of herself then most of her clan and became their Gaurdian or Revenge Seeker. She would release those who asked or who had gone wild by revenging their death. She attends now at the behest of the clan leader being the most able to survive on land the longest…
Fears: Losing her comb for major (would be stuck in the spot she died without it, unable to travel or do her job), boats for minor.

Bio: The Darkwood clan fled the wars that plagued many other areas eons ago. They felt battling pointless battles was a waste of honor and pride. They kept themselves trim and fit in the wild forests of the deep mountains. The Black family is the current ruling branch of the Darkwood clan. One of several sisters, Rachel felt her presence could be sacrificed at home in an attempt at peace abroad. She grew up reading histories as any scholar, but like her family took on the tradition of learning the fighting arts. Particularly skilled with blades and pressure points.
Fears: Major fears are deep water and snakes. Minor fear of heights, though it is well hidden.
Influential person: Her older brother, who is considered the best warrior in her family.

RP sample: Rachel approached the audience hall. Her boots clicking with purpose throughout the stone corridor. Reaching the entry doors, she saluted the guard. They took in her unreadable face and calmly opened the heavy wooden doors for her. She forced her mind to focus as clearly as in any battle and calmly walked into the large room. She saw the glint out of the corner of her eye where archers in the balcony poised. Continuing down the center of the room, she approached the throne. Hidden in the shadows the dim light cast, her father sat full of dignity with the alertness years in warfare had given him. She kept her thoughts to a minimum as his eyes searched his face. Finally he spoke, "Your purpose here my daughter?" She saw the movement behind the pillows at the side indicating more soldiers. She was surrounded. She looked her father square in the eye and allowed her love for him to finally show. His surprise was evident, quickly conceal in a furrowed frown. "State your reason for being here instead of at your post at the high peak lookout."

She dropped to one knee and bowed her head. The perfect picture of obedience. Her objections to his method of rule were well known. She displayed the very qualities they needed in order to believe what she was about to request. "My honorable father. I left the post not unwatched. My best guard stands deployed in my absence. I humbly request your favor. There is word of a masquerade being held by the Fae. History has shown that those who do not step into the main light during turning points have no control over the future. In the name of our family's honor and our clan pride, allow me to go as a representative to these meetings on your behalf. I'm not the first born nor have the prestigious talents my brothers and sisters possess. My absence would not bring calamity as another's would. If I succeed in bringing favor towards our clan, we may succeed in avoiding pointless warfare in the future." He had risen at her request to leave the mountains and protective woods. Now he slowly sat back down, a thoughtful look on his face.

Bio: Grew up with his father who was a soldier. When his father tried to unveil corruption, he was murdered and his son forgotten. Taking the lesson that trust must be earned, he grew up among the thieves and murders by working in bars and trading favors for skill lessons. My the time he was a grown man, he was an accomplished assassin. Found that by helping the common peasants and lower class people have a fair chance at life, he could create a network of friends. Using this network, he soon found ways to foil the plans of the corrupt wealthy.
Fears: Major fears are forests and the creatures therein as he was raised in the city. Minor fear is of men who would push their orientation on him. This comes from working in bars as a child where men didn't always care who they spent the night with.
Influential person: A friend of his father, Eugene, who taught him many of the skills he learned.

Masquerade outfit: A white tuxedo with a white cape and hat. Carries a cane and a golden facial mask.
RP sample: Mitch walked through the crowd calmly but with purpose. He made good time and managed to not trip anyone. At the end of the market, he slipped into a damp alley. Out of mind, out of sight. He paused at the outraged cries filled the air of those who were just discovering they had been pickpocketed. He grinned and headed into the shadows. It was only a matter of minutes before he reached a worn down, but solid, bar. Strolling in, he took in the empty room and quiet atmosphere. Eugene sat near the fire resting before the evening crowd came in. Mitch walked beside him and sat down. Handing him the money of those he had cleaned out earlier, he spoke, "Those men I have been shadowing all week are no longer as rich as they planned to be. It should keep them from bribing the local gangs for a few days." He noticed an envelope on the hearth edge with his name. Raising an eyebrow at Eugene, he reached for it and slowly picked it up. Opening the flap, he pulled out the contents. Astonishment slowly filled his face. He looked at Eugene, "You can't be serious." Eugene gave him a steady look before rising and giving him a steady clamp of the shoulder before heading into the kitchen. Eugene stared at him and then back at the invitation to the masquerade ball.
