Sweet! So you like the fine arts ^_^ Have you found any candidates yet or is the search not going so well? If you're not into acting, I would not look at that.

o.o something i understand! theater work is fun but it depends on the people you work with. sometimes it's great, you meet the most amazing people ever and you couldn't have more fun. but sometimes it's the most stressful thing you can imagine. i got called in 4 days before opening night to help with stage crew and then they fired me right before the show started on opening night because i missed the last 20 min of rehearsal cause i got a massive migraine and went home. it can be really good but at the same time it can be terrible. if you have the heart to put up with it go for it but i personally, having done it for a year, wouldn't recommend it. ^_^

I think the stage crew would be more fun... I've helped with some of that before in a school setting and enjoyed it immensely. Art alert!
