Some people are what I think people are referred to as street smart, which is more everyday living smart, often more useful and important than the whole academic smart. You seem like you would be street smart.

I actually don't believe I'm academically gifted, however I have been told by a friend who studies post graduate level psychology that I probably have a higher emotional quotient (EQ) than most people. I can't remember her reason for saying that exactly, something about being able to tell in general how a person is feeling when I'm in their presence by their body language, what they're saying and how they're behaving. If this is true, then I'm probably in the right field of study.

Body language reader? Poet would confuse Ling very badly though. Poet doesn't understand body language so poet randomly guesses which one to use

Poet's very opposite of Ling because since 6th grade poet's been struggling to read body language. Especially body language directed towards one person. Flirting baffles poet to no end.

Hey guys, I'm back. Interesting to read about Poet's lack of understanding of body language. I'm sure if you were with me in person you'd use body language that fits your mood at the time.

fidgeting probably does reflect on the fact that you're nervous (as you mentioned you sometimes can be) or that you might be aggitated..?
