+ Ingredients and ready for assembly Name of creation: Tuna onigiri Notes: New year, thought I'd try something new and make rice balls for the first time. We've had no snow here either so they're the closest to snowballs I'm going to get!
Name of creation: Christmas White & Dark Chocolate Truffles! Notes: This would be my very first try at truffles, but I was on a cookie/candy trip right before the holidays. They came out VERY well
And also:
Oooh spicy!

Name of creation: Woody stole the Mayor's Mulled Wine!!! Notes: She stole it! And it's fantastic! Mulled red wine with fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh grated nutmeg, and cinnamon. It packs quite the punch, and warms the belly.

Name of creation: Speshul Snowflake Eggnog Shake Notes: It's called a Snowflake Shake because I actually made it out of snow. When I was little I always saw stuff about making snow ice cream by pouring condensed milk and other stuff on the snow. I already had eggnog, which is kind of like condensed milk, so I made it into a shake! It's just snow, eggnog and a liberal sprinkle of nutmeg to enforce the spiciness :D The bubbles are from the eggnog seeping down into the snow. I tried to show a close up of the snow texture, but I think I failed.
Seconds, please! Image: Name of creation: Chilly Willy Winter Chili Notes: I made a nice big pot of chili for the big snow storm in our new Christmas crockpot :D It was my first time making anything in a crock pot or making chili, but it seemed like a perfect idea for a snow storm and it turned out well. I've apparently converted my Grandmother to chili with this. XD
The best part! Image: Name of creation: Gingerbread and Pumpkin Scones Notes: I had an early morning Christmas part to attend, so I made scones. Gingerbread to be festive (the dark one) and pumpkin scones at my friend's request.
Here are my entries, almost didn't make in time for the end.
Seconds, please! Image: Name of creation: Christmas Roast Notes: I was going to take a picture of this whole, but I was 2 hours late with dinner so everyone was hyper to eat, lol.
Seconds, please! Image: Name of creation: Yorkshire Pudding Notes: My first time making and eating this dish.

The best part! Image: Name of creation: English Toffee Notes: A little note, make sure you add the almonds after you boil, they burn,
Oooh spicy! Image: Name of creation: Almond Ginger Hot Chocolate Notes: Made with coco powder, and I even got to use the little chocolate marshmallow bits my Aunt sent us for movie night.
Oooh spicy! Image: Name of creation: Cranberry Sherbet Punch Notes: Really yummy.
Wow, all the different foods look great. I wish I could just pull them out of the screen and have a buffet in front of me ^_^
For-Chan-- using snow is an awsome idea. I had heard of using fresh snow for something like snowcones but with ketchup, soysauce, or hot sauce and such instead of the sickly sweet syrups. Nice idea to add it to a drink for a natural slushy :)
